I just want to thank you for the recent addition to your BBB mod (i think) that asks if we want to abstain from loading the mod menu at the beginning. I was so pleasantly surprised, it estimated i could load the game 8 minutes faster, but it was in fact wrong. It actually went from taking 30 minutes/ 1h to start my game to literally ONE MINUTE, in all the years of playing sims and that load time at the beginning was insane (i play with tons of mods) and now nothing? im still not fully believing it, why is no one talking about this????
I am having issues :( I have the better exceptions installed, I keep getting the "Scanning UI, your UI seems to be messed up" and it says its scanning but it sits forever and won't do anything :( It's been like 30 minutes I've waited... I have updated my game, updated all the mods I have, repaired the game, even used batch fix in in sims 4 studio. I'm not sure what else to do. If anyone has any tips I would appreciate

There's no way to do that beyond resource keys which isn't that helpful for players. I do have something planned to make it easier for builders to list the cc their build uses though

Like for example I have a CC hair by Anto in file A. And then it's giving me a different CC hair, also by Anto, in File B, as a conflict. And it's doing this with CC objects, too. So right now I have "SugarOwl Halloween Calendar Part 3 Simblreen" in File A, and "SugarOwl Halloween Calendar Part 1 Simblreen" in File B. The CC is all fine. How do I read and manage the conflict report for CC? Is it just telling me I can't use conflicting CAS items on the same sim, or the conflicting Build Buy items on the same lot? So does the duplicate detection only detect duplicates with the same name or actually cause it’s the same item?
Same name, it would be too resource intensive to detect the actual contents. You can run a conflict scanner which does do that, and only shows results that have conflicting resources with different data in them

Not getting the welcome menu means you probably still have a mod in that has the obsolete script mod dialog patch. When EA fixed that, any mod with the patch broke. It was added to pretty much any script mod that shows pop-up dialogs so ensure all script mods are updated.
What are the chances of you creating a toolmod-like tool that rotates/re-sizes items on console(s)? I'm aware that it is much more difficult, if not impossible, to add modded stuff of any kind to a console but maybe there's a way...
How do you uninstall Better Exceptions? There are no instructions on how to completely remove the mod. If there are instructions, what's the link? I love the mod, but the frequent flags make the game somewhat unenjoyable at times.
If you're having frequent errors, fix them. If you're having trouble fixing it, stop in the discord. If you really want to delete the mod, there's no special instructions, just delete the script
@@TwistedMexi thanks for the reply. The strange thing is, when the script is deleted, messages keep popping up with details that the error is BE. So I’m unsure whether it’s embedded elsewhere.

This hack/Mod makes your game run slow. It is slow to come up when you start your game and also while in the game. I guess if you don't have a lot of content then it's fine, but if that is the case why would you need it. I removed it, I wasn't willing to wait 40 minutes for the game to start

When manually updating my mods I do recommend you delete the existing copy and then put the new one in.

You should be getting an exception report if that happens. Exceptions aren't always because of a conflict
