Make cuts as shown in the video.

vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
Coriander.
Turmeric.
water 100ml
Leave on for 30 minutes.
Potatoes 4 pcs.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
Tomato 2 pcs.
Drizzle with the prepared sauce
Wet parchment paper.
Bake at 190C for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and brush again with sauce.
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Cucumber 2 pcs.
Yellow peppers 1/2 pc.
Tomato 1 pc.
Purple bow.
Parmesan 1 tbsp
Sour cream 1-2 tbsp.
Salt.
Black pepper.
