Making money is not my primary objective. After expenses are taken into consideration, remaining revenue is invested back into BEAUTY IN SOUND. Audio and visual equipment is expensive, and I also pay a fair fee to all recitalists who appear on BIS. This is why I regularly ask YOU to help, and I’m sorry for having to do so. I hope that you can all see the tangible improvements being made to BIS along our shared journey.

Thank you Richard this is a beautiful addition to the hauptwerk family. I did enjoy your showcasing the variety of stops with really super playing.
Yes, the text and choral lines worked very well to show how Bach has used canon in this beautiful piece. Great idea!
Thanks for your continuing effort. Richard!
Fabulous sample and playing. Thanks!!
Thank you, Richard. What a spectacular addition to your sample sets! Beautiful music and very demonstrative of the sounds that this sample set can achieve.
Thank you Richard for this wonderful organ recital
Really enjoyed your playing on this organ Richard, thank you. Such a weirdly unique sound blend of this instrument enhanced by the lovely expected reverberation quality as expected from all of those arches.
Excellent music as always.
Wonderful recital. This is a beautiful sample set.
Excellent selection for a Saturday afternoon.
Stunning!! Bravo - thanks for this amazing recital and demonstration of this new set. Bravo!!!!!
Fantastic! Fabulous playing.
Richard, the last piece, the incomparable Tournemire! Now you only have to embark on the 255 pieces of L'Orgue Mystique! And there are more Durufle transcriptions as well as more wonderful organ music of Tournemire. I listen to the Georges Delvallée complete set of 12 CD's from a USB Key in my car! A wonderful way to get to hear and know them all!
Great stuff indeed, just going through the highlights now. Nimrod very fitting for remembrance day (4th of may) here in Holland
Woop Woop!
Thanks
Thank you so much!
@@beautyinsound Thank you. Just watching and listening to you has made quite a difference to my playing. Just a first instalment!
Great music. Thks Richard for all you do.
Wonderful recital Richard! Bach selections sounded great on this sample set.

Like your socks !!
Steinmeyer Organs are not so Well known outside of Germany, but they plays on the same level like Walcker or Wilhelm Sauer for the late German Romantic period. This Organbuilder came from Öttingen in the northern part of the bavarian district of Swabia. That is a border region of three organ Landscapes. 1. The swabian Organs with french influences by Riepp and Holzhey. 2. The franconian organs with the colourfull voices from Thuringia Saxonia region by organbuiders like Tretzscher and the Seufferts. 3. Old Bavarian Region with strong bonds to Austria and northern Italy (strong and singing prinzipals) with Organbuiders like König from Ingolstadt and Brandenstein. Öttingen was traditionell a lutheran town in a more catholic landscape. Traditionel it was a unwritten law to a lutheran organbuilder, that on good Organs Bach must be playable and that the parish compaignement must be varied in very different ways. In this tradition line Steinmeyer is one of best organbuilders before World War II. Landau Marks the transitions period of Alsace Reform Movement to Neobaroque/Neoclassizm. With the big sister in Passau Cathedral as Opus magnum it is very fine choice for Romantic Music and Bach/Messian. And Richard demostrated that! Thanks for your concert…
Thanks for that insight - very interesting!
Richard those are some baaaaad socks! Are they wool?
Im gonna listen to this one, 72 stops sound great, a lot.... But my dreampipeorgan
are like yours......But....Melbourne T Hall with 175 stops in my own livingroom :)
I think I can make that happend....Need to rerun your old videos from your PO and all around it and see how you got that one but I plan to build my own......
How about some Romantic music on an organ like this - where is the Reger and Karg-Elert.
I love the Franck. A sneaky little BIS coda at the end….. not listened to the rest yet but looking forward to the Tournemire - needs a cataclysmic pedal division to sell it properly (could you reset your pedal division to 2020 settings….?)
The ending was actually Franck’s own - it is his original version before altering it for publication. I prefer this version 😊
TH-cam just showed me an ad for "organ meats"
🍖
Première œuvre : Franck... Je me dis " chouette, je vais aimer...." et puis sur la coda, il y a cette espèce de sucession d'accords en arpège qui gâche toute l'œuvre... J'étais déçu. Dommage
I was playing only what Franck wrote in his original edition, so please send him an email informing him that he “spoiled the whole work”. Merci beaucoup 😊
