Well, her damage is too low and she's not that tanky either. They should buff her Passive from 10 hp to 20 hp per orb and raise her damage scaling on her skills. (150% on first skill, make her second skill 1.2 secomd stun and make her damage on second skill 100% and make her damage on ult 60% and her healing to 30%.) Her mana consumption is not the problem since you can manage that easily. Such a shame she's one of the strongest characters on ML lore.
I don't think so. It's her mana that's hardest to manage even when you have enchanted talisman and mana boots to add. If her passive also gives her mana per stack, then it would be easier to recklessly use her ultimate and build her proper tank items. She becomes tanky through items and just enough damage to regen her lost HP while not being afraid of having your ult cancelled to due to lack of mana.
She is very strong bal . All she want is a buff on passive make her get movment speed on 40th stack . And give her plus 15 magic and phys def on 50 stack and that's it she can outplay all meta heroes in late game
@@alreytan5351 I played Alice like, 700 times and yet never encountered a problem with her mana. Her ult isn't meant to be used forever. The only problems I encountered was lack of damage since you'll get killed before you even deal significant damage. You won't even last long even with frozen truncheon and vengeance. Her passive is also trash. You collect 60 orbs and what do you get? 10% cd reduction...Her ult doesn't have cooldown and her first skill doesnt even start the cooldown when you use it unlike before. You only get 600 hp and that's nothing. Sure, They added 15% bonus healing and shield but 10% lifesteal was alot better since you dont need lifesteal items anymore. The only good thing with her passive is the movement speed. Before, She can deal massive damage with in a span of 3 seconds. And now? She cant even deal enough damage in a span of 10 seconds! I'd say buff her damage instead of her mana consumption since you won't need any large amount of mana if you can deal damage in a short time. Try to build her Defensive, she will absolutely deal no damage and has a low healing. You're better off using a REAL Tank. Try to build her Full magic items. She will be so squishy you cant even kill the marksman since their damage is higher than yours. Try to build her hybrid, She will deal low damage and will still have low defense. She can't even do her job right🤦
The answer is easy, she's not a mid laner, she's a DPS not a burst, even in DPS every mage outclasses her in range, damage. Enemies can easily escape her damage skills with every new hero having some sort of CC or escape So she goes to exp lane, even then she's outclassed by all the god damn tanky fighters and tank laners who can kill her She's not a bad hero, other heroes just do better, that's what Meta has become sadly Look at Julian, CC, escape, regen, poke, everything Alice can but just way better

Her popularity had died out ever since her nerf or at least that's what Iremember. Maybe she may stand out much but I believe she can do much better once this mage META arrives. Especially with the new adjustment in mid lane where there's 4 minions now. She could stack faster and reach max potential faster right? Maybe a slight buff for her but may not become popular again that easily though.
Tactics using Alice: Use your 1st skill often to give your team vision of the enemy team, to poke and to avoid being ganked. Always be on the lookout to start teamfights and communicate with your team on when you intend to go in with your blink. When laning, you can cast you 1st skill again as soon as it hits all three minions to use the skill again faster since the cooldown will begin sooner if you reactivate it sooner. Use 1st skill to last hit minions. On the laning phase, Alice is weak against most matchups, and so is prone to being delayed. Last hitting minions with your 1st skill allows you to get the experience and gold granted by the minions. Do not be too greedy to pick up blood orbs. Try to kite melee heroes with your 2nd skill. You can also use this in combination with your 1st skill to chase down enemies or to run away. Take note of how much Mana you have at all times and how quickly it drains when you use your ultimate. Try to toggle your ultimate off when there is less than 3 or 2 minions in range. Use your early game damage and and mobility to your advantage. Try to play with heroes that can keep up with her mobility and her unpredictable initiations like Hayabusa, Ling or heroes that can make it easier for her to follow up with her AoE damage like Khufra, Atlas or Tigreal Try to position yourself near as many enemies as possible in teamfights. She becomes more tanky the more enemies there are around her and is susceptible to being kited if crowd controlled. Make sure you always have at least enough Mana to cast your 1st skill. When your Mana is low and you need to escape, it is more worth it to blink out than to try and regen. You can use your ultimate to clear stacked minion waves very fast and efficiently, so make use of this in combination with your mobility to roam around the map quickly and clear minion waves in multiple lanes. Try to practice aiming your 1st skill as this is a fundamental part of her kit. Practice aiming it over different walls around the map to greatly increase your overall mobility. Do not dive recklessly. Alice is a Mage/Tank but her DPS /regen cannot save her from being kited under the enemy turret or being focused on by the enemy team if your tank does not follow you. Communion and caution is key. When running away, try to use your 2nd skill before blinking for a better chance of survival. This also gives you a longer time to reposition after the blink and plan for your next course of action. Do not be afraid to build tank items on her like Antique Cuirass, Dominance Ice or Cursed Helmet on her if you feel like you need them to survive someone on the enemy team or if it's favorable for you to build them. Think of Alice as a Mage/Tank and not exclusively as a Mage. Immortality can restore your Mana to full so try to make use of that in clutch moments.
Honestly, Alice really shines in a Teamfight, with her *ALLIES*. Since she can't one combo to death, she's best at dealing damage by time against enemy heroes

alice does have one shot build , but most players are nabs using enchanted talisman instead of calamity reaper. Also players like elgin with such gameplay seem to not be comfortable with her skills(can't even aim first skill properly and using ultimate after teleport) .

I’ve been playing Alice these days, she’s amazing with winter truncheon and petrify with ult. In addition, using execute is also a good addition because it can help finish enemies!
She's underrated because she either ults to die, or dies while trying to kill someone, but She doesn't do any damage resulting in her hilarious demise. It's HIGHLY depressing that one of the games main Antagonists is so pitiful.
Problem is. Her life stealing ability which I believe should be her unique skill/passive was given to other heroes. Moonton has this habit of releasing new heroes with insane amount of lifesteal.
Her nerf and the recent buffs on defense items might be the contributing factor on her low usage rate. She's quite handy on team fights though, especially if partnered with a perfect tank set.
But she's supposed to be a mage/tank. Uet she can't survive tanking alone. If only her mana depletion is not that much, then we can say goodbye to enchanted talisman for a defense item.
Tips when playing alice: 1.try to engage the enemy when theres minions nearby, she rlly benefits from minions(giving her hp and mana) 2. alice is rlly fast at clearing minion waves, try to gather as much passive stacks as possible cuz it will rlly benefit on the late game 3.when your team is lacking defense u can build alice as half tank, combined with his passive and ultimate, alice is just immortal(until u run out of mana) 4.she is very good at starting a clash with her aoe skills so try to wait for an opportunity to dive the enemy team when they're close together 5.lastly her 1st skill is rlly good both in escaping and chasing so try to use it on hunting them down or running away from them i hope this helps alice users out there:)
her first skill is really crucial. once you master it, you mastered the hero. I don't know if it's actually efficient but I've always played her semi-tank in mostly every situation and it works well with my gameplay. some people are like "her damage is too small" that's why for me we should mastered the first skill. always chasing the enemy. and with tanky build she's unstoppable
The no.3 though. Alice really is the hardest to manage when it comes to her mana depletion. If only her mana depletion is not that much, then she's probably gonna become popular.
@@alreytan5351 I usually get clock of destiny, demon shoes, enchanted talisman as my first 3 items. with these 3 items u wont run out of mana that fast, plus demon shoes help regain mana by killing minions thats why theres a benefit in clearing waves as alice, u can regain mana quickly.
@@raidenshogun9987 that's what makes her inflexible as a tank mage. She can't survive without mana regen and mana items. There are games where you'd really want tough boots because of hard CC enemies but you can't because you need demon shoes. If you don't do demon shoes and just pick only 1 mana regen item, you'd find yourself going base a lot to recover mana.
She's good for team fights and can directly go to the enemy behind but she's weak in lane especially in the early game. Now that dyroth, esme and thamuz are top exp laners, she's having a hard time collecting her passive
I think this is the perfect skill udjustments on Alice that will put her on the meta Skill 1 damage is increase by 10 points in the late game but lower damage in Early Skill:2 udjustments will be 1.2 stun but cd increase by 1 second Skill 3 will be Much higher heal on her ultimate base on her passive stacks have 20% damage reduction while in ultimate form Passive: much higher movement speed when reaching 50 stacks
Her stacking needs adjustments to. She's probably the hardest hero to stack because you can only acquire stack through minions and you need to be a certain distance. Her passive also needs adjustment, like rather than HP regen, she should gain mana regen, or instead of 10 HP, she gains +5HP and +5Mana. At the end of the day, it's not really her sustain that's a problem, it's her mana management. Probably the hero with the hardest to manage mana.
her buff should be on the early game. In the late game it depends on the user , how he can manage the situation in teamfighs(enemy hero priority , clever item changes etc.) also you should choose the best build, which is not with enchanted talisman. From a supreme alice user
Alice was one of the ban list heros few seasons back and i was under 100 global and a supreme alice player but she left far behind as other heros got continuous buff. She needs a little adjust to get back into the front line. So i wish moonton to do something so that my money on alice can be put in some use.
What if Alice's ULT gets the same treatment they did for Balmond? Increase the damage dealt the longer an enemy stays in her ULT duration. I mean, it is her Ultimate as compared to a Balmond with a Bloodlust Axe whirling around with a basic skill. Stat buffs on her passive could also help her get back into the meta. Considering we're seeing a Mage-centric meta next season, this might give her the push to compete again.
(1) It's tank meta. She loves to hug enemies so she'll most likely soak all of their CCs for a really long time, and her build doesn't offer her that strength. (2) Radiant Armor was made. Add it with DomIce and she's pretty wacked. (3) Literally a high stack-scaling hero, but towards tankiness. Above average players will rather pick Cecilion more than her. (4) Because of the above, she dwells between dmg dealer and sustain but doesn't do well at both currently. If you're the team's dmg dealer, you don't want a frontliner who just tickles enemy tanks w/counter items, doesn't burst the backline quickly, and can't peel for you properly.
as an alice senior shes actually just slightly balance. Just a little bit buff on late game and make her stack through creeps so I can use her as a jungler because shes very strong as jungler specially unlimited ult at lvl4 lol.
I also use her as tank: Enchanted Talisman, Dominance Ice, Concentrated Energy, Oracle, Winter Truncheon, and Blade armor/Antique Cuirass/Radiant armor are the items I use in most cases. But if the enemy heroes have true damage as their asset, I use full on Burst instead (full on burst kills off squishy heroes which are often the damage dealers).
A good tweak to her would be giving her skill dmg also scale with Max HP that way you are rewarded with collecting the blood orbs and can mix in there some tank items making her more versatile. Her passive instead of giving 10% cd red which is not that useful should increase the HP per blood orb from 10 -> 20 in his first evolution.
i believe the reason for Alice being underpicked is the tank meta which means a constant use of radiant armor and dominance ice killing her damage and sustainability and she is not able to have a good build flexibility to be able to counter those itens most Alice builds are stone locked in the same itens
I don't think that she's weak ,it is because she is just too hard when you're choosing equipment. If you go damage ,she will be too squishy. If you go defensive, she will be lacking at damage. And plus ,due that many heroes has insane burst and at least 2 to 3 heroes are always have a anti heal item to stop her.
Wasn't she buffed recently, I think it was a mana consumption buff on her ult allowing her to use her ult around 30% longer in early game and 15% in late game compared to the previous version

Using damage items on her is really effective. She's strong most of the time especially on late game, the problem is that she consumes a lot of mana and her regen isn't really high. She's classed as Charge/Regen but the regen is really weak compared to Silvanna. She's the Queen of the Abyss but Dyrroth and Thamuz are stronger than her 🙄 she needs to be buffed.
She is not the queen of the abyss, more like a vice-president, she act for the lord of abyss, she command yet also the one who scheming all the best possibilities in war, just like in her story where she made her brothers argue againts each other, she was also the one who use necrokeep as the place of war between moniyan and abyss, resulting in Vexana, Leomord and Faramis to take the damage. She's the mastermind behind all of the evil in land of dawn, yet, she's not born demon at all. If you want to know it, Alice is the ONLY one hero ever receive power directly from the lord of abyss, and possibly the oldest hero in abyss faction.
Great gameplay Alice is overlooked and has much potential for a team fighter. Just a tip, try ulting before you blink in with your first skill that way your already set before you go in.
Alice is a bit difficult to use. As a mage user, I use Alice a little more often recently as i get a decent win rate from her. She's squishy in early game but is very good at late game, especially when the jungler is generous enough to give the purple buff (junglers that don't really need the purple buff like Balmond), I can get very aggressive..
well she's pretty balance.. in my opinion.. and she would make a great core/mage/tank.. if you want to carry.. I'll try it later.. Hope you try it too elgin!!
She's not META anymore because it is generally hard to play her in both gold & the exp lane (basing from the META back in MPL S7 & S8) in today's META. ++ with what you said that her most recent adjustments were NERFS to her rather than BUFFS. EXP Lane Problem with Alice: Her damage, mana, and sustain is not bearable to at the first turtle take (or the entire early game) compared to other META Exp Laners right now (like Esme, Dyr, and Masha) Gold Lane Problem with Alice: Back in M3, we saw the shift of the Gold Lane META from mages (Alice, Lunox, and Harith) to what we have now: the marksman gold lane meta (Bea, Brody, and Wanwan). Alice, within those three mages, have the hardest time in even reaching Level 2 & Level 4 in the early game against those marksmens due to her lack of ranged attacks (said by multiple MPL PH gold laners back in January 2022).
I just missed the old Alice. Alice was my main hero that I always used before this until moonton revamped her, the damage become so low compare to last time.
I've actually kept trying her normal build/mage and she is kinda hard to use with it since she can easily die after entering the crowd of enemies because she can also be squishy with the mage build, So when I experimented her Semi tank build that I made it made her very hard to kill using that build I made made me realize that my only goal is to sustain and support for my teammates, But the problem is if I don't have good teammates or at least decent, I would be having a hard time especially when it reaches really late.
Thank you for recognizing Alice, our favorite hero. Even she is underrated today, she can still dominate a game. But unlike any other heroes in the meta, she is way to weak, she needs more damage or movement speed, and just like what you have said a buff on her skills. Anyways, she doesn't have a new released skin since 2019, too. I hope she could get another one.
Im Alice main, and there's actually many ways to play Alice u can build her as a CC Totem like Hero(icequeen with truncheon),the tank Burner build(best build with lvl1 ult),a bursty build, and more. Alice is fun to play especially when there's no Bruiser fighter like thamuz,barats,and marksman like Melissa.
I love using alice. She's a good explaner if her enemies does not deal a lot of dmg. She's squishy tho so I prefer vengeance as her spell. She deals a lot of dmg also so I build winter truncheon as her 3rd or 4th item for defense. She's weak to cc and burst so build defense item if possible. She will rise in mid to late so just be patient. I only use her in ranked games. So I don't have a lot of matches specially bc she's not my main explaner, guin and ruby are.
If i where to change something i wold change her pasive why would she need cool down reduction and ult as u said about 250 base damge and maybe 2 seconds more cool down on her ult

Makes her passive easier to stack. Whenever she gets an kill/assists, her passive will stacked by 20 points. Also add some 50% magic power increase when she reached 100 stacks, 50% less mana usage when she reached 150 stacks, and 50% damage reduction when she reached 200 stacks
Or, you can make alice can cast all of her skills without stopped her movements just like gord, and a bit of extra movement speed buff on her ult state
Getting to 200 orbs is challenging, it would usually take 30 mins to reach 150 orbs. If getting orbs was easier, that would be great. For me, they may change the plus 40 movement speed to damage reduction, or atleast have her 100th orbs be the damage reduction. That for me is more achievable in game.
She's awesome, and I feel sad that she's underrated. With Sprint and a CC Skill, she actually gave me the confidence to do ganks and turret dives when I first started playing the game.
10:57 4 enemies are dead and whole team is alive. moskov is just around the red buff area so he could try to end the game now and on top of that they have a lot of incoming minions. this is just poor decision imo. who knows what would happen on the next lord take if it didnt end earlier.
I'm an Alice user even she's not revamp yet I already like her skill set specially her first skill, her first skill is one of the trickiest blink skill on MLBB. Maybe one of the reason why she's not popular is her skill set where you need to close to the enemy first before you can damage a lot to the enemy, maybe moonton need to increase the range of her ult that's all and also lower it's mana consumption specially during early game. That's all overall Alice is a pretty good hero, I still remember my gameplays with when she's not revamp yet
I totally agree with the travel time of the first skill because when you want to ambush someone but it's little far when you cast you're first skill it's slow and they can flicker, dash or dodge it.
i started using alice last days and i am really impressed how tanky and strong she actually is and after mid lane minion adjustments she would be very strong on mid lane because of numbers of minions
I stop building her winter truncheon recently, not unless I build calamity reaper instead of enchanted talisman. After demon boots, COD, and enchanted talisman, i build dominance ice and oracle. Then the last remaining slot will depends on the enemies. I hope they'll give more passive regen base from the stacks, or additional heal/damage for her ulti.
Well,when playing Alice it's really just a game of balancing her attributes, you cannot really build her too tanky because her damage still play a role in her survivability,and you can not built her too mage like because she does required to get kinda close to the enemy, you also always need to remember to switch your boots when your stack already reach 40
Personally, it's not clear on what build you should use on Alice. If you use a magic damage build on her, she's just gonna die right after you use winter truncheon. If you use a tanky build on her, she's not gonna deal any damage. If you use a semi-tank build, you will have a hero that has mediocre dps and defense/sustainability. or maybe my gameplay style with her is not the best lol
I've been an Alice main for like 3 seasons, but i've rarely played ever since last season until now in which I've been experimenting some builds on her. My say is that you're right Her skill set is perfect for a tanky magic damage type of offlaner with decent mobility and cc for initiating, but her squishy base stats and magic power requirement for her damage+sustain holds that back. I think it's the same issue with Masha before. But Masha's revamp is perfect because now she has to build tank items like the ideal Exp laner, but doesn't hold back her damage entirely since ult can deal a lot of burst by building high HP items which the game does have a lot of that to offer. With Alice's passive orbs that raises her HP, it's no brainer that a similar revamp would work perfectly for her. She shouldn't have to build magic items if they're fitting her into the Mage Tank category, like Esme
She was great before the revamp. With only 1 or 2 def item and she's tanky yet still carry damage. Idk why people were complaining about her ult having a long cd. Ever heard of fleeting time?
She doesn't even need Fleeting time. Her ulti before has around 15 seconds cooldown but she can also poke easier before since her 1st skill has more percentile magic damage. Although pre revamp Alice is more vulnerable to multiple stuns, she's easier and more damage dealing for me. I am the 1st in Alice senior badge. If I were to decide, change the +40 movement speed in her passive to 30% or atleast 20% damage reduction. Or maybe revert her 2nd skill to stun (it was originally stun that was nerfed to immobilize). Or she may have anti heal immunity at a period of time within her ulti.
Suggestion for her passive:recieve blood orbs after succesfully killing or assisting on the death of an enemy hero. Benefits:She can roam more freely assisting her allies in ganks and at the same time not being left behind from collecting blood orbs. Skill Adjustments: S1:Dmg percentage on creeps increased.Skill speed optimization S2:Replace immobilization with fear cc instead. S3:Heal Capability Enchanced.(Can be increased through magic power)
I think the reason why Alice is not getting picked in M3 above is because of her: 1. Trash chasing capability 2. Power spike is at level 4 but if an enemy Yu Zhong delays you then you would be pretty much useless 3. Can't zone jungler or mages in objective takes unless you have winter truncheon unlike Yu Zhong, Esmeralda, and Masha where you can just go straight into the mage and jungler. 4. Shitty franco meta (Ye I know there is an enemy franco in the video but the enemy's team comp is bad tbh) 5. You are a walking soft pillow to marksmen since you can't really adjust your build like for example add blade armor or dominance or antique cus then your damage and sustainability will fall off unlike yu Zhong and Esme that can still build those items while having their core items still in the build like for yu Zhong the war axe and hunter strike then for esme the enchanted talisman.
Also, the reason why we often don't see alice in higher rank is because of the revamped item dominance ice which is a direct counter of her. Mostly, she is played as exp laner and guess what the popular first item of sidelaners is dominance ice. And also is the rise of the marksmans

I've been thinking on how the devs should revamp her skills, in this is how i have concluded (i might have thought of something new to her form system): Alice starts of looking like a normal human woman, if i remember her original look was quite exactly the same except blonde hair, no horns nor wings, and the human form she wears a long white dress. Passive: instead of just +10 HP per stack, i would make the effect +10 HP and +10 mana per stack, so she can utilize her ult more and make her tankier. - 12 stacks: instead of 10% CD Reduction change into 10-25 % healing received (this will make her Ulti more useful, make her tankier and be able to sustain, for the skills CD, the devs should lower her CD to make her stronger) Form: in this form, Alice's hair becomes gray and horns sprouts on her head. - i would still keep 15% Shield and HP regen, but should change its name to Healing received as the stats in the original server really goes to the healing received stat. I would also give her +35 or 40 mana regen. Form: she then changes his long white gown to her demoness dress -50 stacks: would keep the +40 movement speed but i would top that with +50,60 or 70 magic power just to give her more damage. (Her skills will also gain a buff after reaching the stack of 50) Form: she nows have her iconic bat wings and her walking/running animation will change into flying. Skill 1: i agree with elgin, with each upgrade the skills gets the faster it becomes (in 50 stacks: idk what to put here, either additional damage or increased width or distance for the skill) 2nd skill: no changes (50 stacks: additional damage and +0.50 time with the immobilization) 3rd skill: no changes (with more 10 stacks she gets, the wider her ulti becomes, also stack is capped in maybe 80 or 100)
right now Alice is literally the star of hero trailers and she always has mind control, so I thought about terror cc on his 2nd skill by putting the immobilize on the activation of her ult and make her 1st skill slightly faster, like you did say on the video, about her range I think that at its first level it should have her basic attack range or the Faramis' basic attack range to the level 3 ult Layla's enchanted basic attack range or the unenchanted one

Her passive is also trash. You collect 60 orbs and what do you get? 10% cd reduction...Her ult doesn't have cooldown and her first skill doesnt even start the cooldown when you use it unlike before. You only get 600 hp and that's nothing. Sure, They added 15% bonus healing and shield but 10% lifesteal was alot better since you dont need lifesteal items anymore. The only good thing with her passive is the movement speed. Before, She can deal massive damage with in a span of 3 seconds. And now? She cant even deal enough damage in a span of 10 seconds! I'd say buff her damage instead of her mana consumption since you won't need any large amount of mana if you can deal damage in a short time.
Try to build her Defensive, she will absolutely deal no damage and has a low healing. You're better off using a REAL Tank.
Try to build her Full magic items. She will be so squishy you cant even kill the marksman since their damage is higher than yours.
Try to build her hybrid, She will deal low damage and will still have low defense. She can't even do her job right🤦
The answer is easy, she's not a mid laner, she's a DPS not a burst, even in DPS every mage outclasses her in range, damage. Enemies can easily escape her damage skills with every new hero having some sort of CC or escape
So she goes to exp lane, even then she's outclassed by all the god damn tanky fighters and tank laners who can kill her
She's not a bad hero, other heroes just do better, that's what Meta has become sadly

Her popularity had died out ever since her nerf or at least that's what Iremember. Maybe she may stand out much but I believe she can do much better once this mage META arrives. Especially with the new adjustment in mid lane where there's 4 minions now. She could stack faster and reach max potential faster right? Tactics using Alice:
Use your 1st skill often to give your team vision of the enemy team, to poke and to avoid being ganked. Always be on the lookout to start teamfights and communicate with your team on when you intend to go in with your blink. When laning, you can cast you 1st skill again as soon as it hits all three minions to use the skill again faster since the cooldown will begin sooner if you reactivate it sooner.
Use 1st skill to last hit minions. On the laning phase, Alice is weak against most matchups, and so is prone to being delayed. Last hitting minions with your 1st skill allows you to get the experience and gold granted by the minions. Do not be too greedy to pick up blood orbs.
Try to kite melee heroes with your 2nd skill. You can also use this in combination with your 1st skill to chase down enemies or to run away.
Take note of how much Mana you have at all times and how quickly it drains when you use your ultimate.
Try to toggle your ultimate off when there is less than 3 or 2 minions in range.
Use your early game damage and and mobility to your advantage. Try to play with heroes that can keep up with her mobility and her unpredictable initiations like Hayabusa, Ling or heroes that can make it easier for her to follow up with her AoE damage like Khufra, Atlas or Tigreal
Try to position yourself near as many enemies as possible in teamfights. She becomes more tanky the more enemies there are around her and is susceptible to being kited if crowd controlled.
Make sure you always have at least enough Mana to cast your 1st skill. When your Mana is low and you need to escape, it is more worth it to blink out than to try and regen.
You can use your ultimate to clear stacked minion waves very fast and efficiently, so make use of this in combination with your mobility to roam around the map quickly and clear minion waves in multiple lanes.
Try to practice aiming your 1st skill as this is a fundamental part of her kit. Practice aiming it over different walls around the map to greatly increase your overall mobility.
Do not dive recklessly. Alice is a Mage/Tank but her DPS /regen cannot save her from being kited under the enemy turret or being focused on by the enemy team if your tank does not follow you. Communion and caution is key.
When running away, try to use your 2nd skill before blinking for a better chance of survival. This also gives you a longer time to reposition after the blink and plan for your next course of action.
Do not be afraid to build tank items on her like Antique Cuirass, Dominance Ice or Cursed Helmet on her if you feel like you need them to survive someone on the enemy team or if it's favorable for you to build them. Think of Alice as a Mage/Tank and not exclusively as a Mage.
Immortality can restore your Mana to full so try to make use of that in clutch moments.

Problem is. Her life stealing ability which I believe should be her unique skill/passive was given to other heroes. Moonton has this habit of releasing new heroes with insane amount of lifesteal.

Her nerf and the recent buffs on defense items might be the contributing factor on her low usage rate. She's quite handy on team fights though, especially if partnered with a perfect tank set.
But she's supposed to be a mage/tank. Uet she can't survive tanking alone. If only her mana depletion is not that much, then we can say goodbye to enchanted talisman for a defense item.
I think it would be nice if her passive Orb also give her 10 Mana per stack. That would make her a better hero at late game by a lot.

Tips when playing alice:
1.try to engage the enemy when theres minions nearby, she rlly benefits from minions(giving her hp and mana)
2. alice is rlly fast at clearing minion waves, try to gather as much passive stacks as possible cuz it will rlly benefit on the late game
3.when your team is lacking defense u can build alice as half tank, combined with his passive and ultimate, alice is just immortal(until u run out of mana)
4.she is very good at starting a clash with her aoe skills so try to wait for an opportunity to dive the enemy team when they're close together
5.lastly her 1st skill is rlly good both in escaping and chasing so try to use it on hunting them down or running away from them

her first skill is really crucial. once you master it, you mastered the hero.
I don't know if it's actually efficient but I've always played her semi-tank in mostly every situation and it works well with my gameplay. some people are like "her damage is too small" that's why for me we should mastered the first skill. always chasing the enemy. and with tanky build she's unstoppable
The no.3 though. Alice really is the hardest to manage when it comes to her mana depletion. If only her mana depletion is not that much, then she's probably gonna become popular.

There are games where you'd really want tough boots because of hard CC enemies but you can't because you need demon shoes. If you don't do demon shoes and just pick only 1 mana regen item, you'd find yourself going base a lot to recover mana.

I think this is the perfect skill udjustments on Alice that will put her on the meta
Skill 1 damage is increase by 10 points in the late game but lower damage in Early
Skill:2 udjustments will be
1.2 stun but cd increase by 1 second
Skill 3 will be
Much higher heal on her ultimate base on her passive stacks have 20% damage reduction while in ultimate form
Passive: much higher movement speed when reaching 50 stacks
Her stacking needs adjustments to. She's probably the hardest hero to stack because you can only acquire stack through minions and you need to be a certain distance.
Her passive also needs adjustment, like rather than HP regen, she should gain mana regen, or instead of 10 HP, she gains +5HP and +5Mana.
At the end of the day, it's not really her sustain that's a problem, it's her mana management. Probably the hero with the hardest to manage mana.
I think its a bit better if the ult sucks the hp just a bit faster, but i think thats too much

Alice was one of the ban list heros few seasons back and i was under 100 global and a supreme alice player but she left far behind as other heros got continuous buff. She needs a little adjust to get back into the front line. So i wish moonton to do something so that my money on alice can be put in some use.
What if Alice's ULT gets the same treatment they did for Balmond? Increase the damage dealt the longer an enemy stays in her ULT duration. I mean, it is her Ultimate as compared to a Balmond with a Bloodlust Axe whirling around with a basic skill. Stat buffs on her passive could also help her get back into the meta. Considering we're seeing a Mage-centric meta next season, this might give her the push to compete again.
Or stacking slow effect like in Hylos' skill 2, the longer you stay the slower your movement speed.

She just got a minor buff from latest update in original server…her ult mana from 50 - 90 to 40 - 80
(1) It's tank meta. She loves to hug enemies so she'll most likely soak all of their CCs for a really long time, and her build doesn't offer her that strength.
(2) Radiant Armor was made. Add it with DomIce and she's pretty wacked.
(3) Literally a high stack-scaling hero, but towards tankiness. Above average players will rather pick Cecilion more than her.
(4) Because of the above, she dwells between dmg dealer and sustain but doesn't do well at both currently. If you're the team's dmg dealer, you don't want a frontliner who just tickles enemy tanks w/counter items, doesn't burst the backline quickly, and can't peel for you properly.
Reason why she’s not seen alot in ranked is because she’s been way too busy messing with other heroes lore

I also use her as tank:
Enchanted Talisman, Dominance Ice, Concentrated Energy, Oracle, Winter Truncheon, and Blade armor/Antique Cuirass/Radiant armor are the items I use in most cases. But if the enemy heroes have true damage as their asset, I use full on Burst instead (full on burst kills off squishy heroes which are often the damage dealers).
She should also get stacks for assists and kills. Stacking with her is a nightmare.
A good tweak to her would be giving her skill dmg also scale with Max HP that way you are rewarded with collecting the blood orbs and can mix in there some tank items making her more versatile. Her passive instead of giving 10% cd red which is not that useful should increase the HP per blood orb from 10 -> 20 in his first evolution.
i believe the reason for Alice being underpicked is the tank meta which means a constant use of radiant armor and dominance ice killing her damage and sustainability and she is not able to have a good build flexibility to be able to counter those itens most Alice builds are stone locked in the same itens
I don't think that she's weak ,it is because she is just too hard when you're choosing equipment. If you go damage ,she will be too squishy. If you go defensive, she will be lacking at damage. And plus ,due that many heroes has insane burst and at least 2 to 3 heroes are always have a anti heal item to stop her.

Using damage items on her is really effective. She's strong most of the time especially on late game, the problem is that she consumes a lot of mana and her regen isn't really high. She's classed as Charge/Regen but the regen is really weak compared to Silvanna.
She's the Queen of the Abyss but Dyrroth and Thamuz are stronger than her 🙄 she needs to be buffed.
She is not the queen of the abyss, more like a vice-president, she act for the lord of abyss, she command yet also the one who scheming all the best possibilities in war, just like in her story where she made her brothers argue againts each other, she was also the one who use necrokeep as the place of war between moniyan and abyss, resulting in Vexana, Leomord and Faramis to take the damage. She's the mastermind behind all of the evil in land of dawn, yet, she's not born demon at all. If you want to know it, Alice is the ONLY one hero ever receive power directly from the lord of abyss, and possibly the oldest hero in abyss faction.
Its also better to cast ultimate after using skill 1 to have no delay.

elgin, before you use your skill 1 activate your ult first. the common combo i use for alice is s1-ult-s1-s2
Alice is a pretty good pick until radiance armor was added. Radiant + anti heal would literally counter her easily in late game.
Not to mention mm can easily melt her life especially those dps type like claude, karrie.

Alice is a bit difficult to use. As a mage user, I use Alice a little more often recently as i get a decent win rate from her. She's squishy in early game but is very good at late game, especially when the jungler is generous enough to give the purple buff (junglers that don't really need the purple buff like Balmond), I can get very aggressive..
well she's pretty balance.. in my opinion.. and she would make a great core/mage/tank.. if you want to carry.. I'll try it later.. Hope you try it too elgin!!

She's not META anymore because it is generally hard to play her in both gold & the exp lane (basing from the META back in MPL S7 & S8) in today's META.

EXP Lane Problem with Alice:
Her damage, mana, and sustain is not bearable to at the first turtle take (or the entire early game) compared to other META Exp Laners right now (like Esme, Dyr, and Masha)
Gold Lane Problem with Alice:
Back in M3, we saw the shift of the Gold Lane META from mages (Alice, Lunox, and Harith) to what we have now: the marksman gold lane meta (Bea, Brody, and Wanwan). Alice, within those three mages, have the hardest time in even reaching Level 2 & Level 4 in the early game against those marksmens due to her lack of ranged attacks (said by multiple MPL PH gold laners back in January 2022).
When i was using the old alice I'm able to drain esmeraldas shield quite quickly. I don't know if it was my build or some feature i don't know.

I've actually kept trying her normal build/mage and she is kinda hard to use with it since she can easily die after entering the crowd of enemies because she can also be squishy with the mage build, So when I experimented her Semi tank build that I made it made her very hard to kill using that build I made made me realize that my only goal is to sustain and support for my teammates,
But the problem is if I don't have good teammates or at least decent, I would be having a hard time especially when it reaches really late.
Consider getting Revitalize so you can solo carry your teammates, time your second skill with revitalize and don't forget to stick on multiple enemies
Thank you for recognizing Alice, our favorite hero. Even she is underrated today, she can still dominate a game. But unlike any other heroes in the meta, she is way to weak, she needs more damage or movement speed, and just like what you have said a buff on her skills. Anyways, she doesn't have a new released skin since 2019, too. I hope she could get another one.

Im Alice main, and there's actually many ways to play Alice u can build her as a CC Totem like Hero(icequeen with truncheon),the tank Burner build(best build with lvl1 ult),a bursty build, and more.
Alice is fun to play especially when there's no Bruiser fighter like thamuz,barats,and marksman like Melissa.
I love using alice. She's a good explaner if her enemies does not deal a lot of dmg. She's squishy tho so I prefer vengeance as her spell. She deals a lot of dmg also so I build winter truncheon as her 3rd or 4th item for defense. She's weak to cc and burst so build defense item if possible. She will rise in mid to late so just be patient. I only use her in ranked games. So I don't have a lot of matches specially bc she's not my main explaner, guin and ruby are.

Makes her passive easier to stack. Whenever she gets an kill/assists, her passive will stacked by 20 points. Also add some 50% magic power increase when she reached 100 stacks, 50% less mana usage when she reached 150 stacks, and 50% damage reduction when she reached 200 stacks
Or, you can make alice can cast all of her skills without stopped her movements just like gord, and a bit of extra movement speed buff on her ult state
Getting to 200 orbs is challenging, it would usually take 30 mins to reach 150 orbs. If getting orbs was easier, that would be great. For me, they may change the plus 40 movement speed to damage reduction, or atleast have her 100th orbs be the damage reduction. That for me is more achievable in game.

My though on alice adjustment is just to add stack when you kill hero or jungle creep, maybe 2 stack for a kill, that's enough to make her good again
I'm an Alice user even she's not revamp yet I already like her skill set specially her first skill, her first skill is one of the trickiest blink skill on MLBB. Maybe one of the reason why she's not popular is her skill set where you need to close to the enemy first before you can damage a lot to the enemy, maybe moonton need to increase the range of her ult that's all and also lower it's mana consumption specially during early game. That's all overall Alice is a pretty good hero, I still remember my gameplays with when she's not revamp yet
I totally agree with the travel time of the first skill because when you want to ambush someone but it's little far when you cast you're first skill it's slow and they can flicker, dash or dodge it.

I stop building her winter truncheon recently, not unless I build calamity reaper instead of enchanted talisman. After demon boots, COD, and enchanted talisman, i build dominance ice and oracle. Then the last remaining slot will depends on the enemies. I hope they'll give more passive regen base from the stacks, or additional heal/damage for her ulti.

Well,when playing Alice it's really just a game of balancing her attributes, you cannot really build her too tanky because her damage still play a role in her survivability,and you can not built her too mage like because she does required to get kinda close to the enemy, you also always need to remember to switch your boots when your stack already reach 40
Personally, it's not clear on what build you should use on Alice. If you use a magic damage build on her, she's just gonna die right after you use winter truncheon. If you use a tanky build on her, she's not gonna deal any damage. If you use a semi-tank build, you will have a hero that has mediocre dps and defense/sustainability.

I've been an Alice main for like 3 seasons, but i've rarely played ever since last season until now in which I've been experimenting some builds on her. My say is that you're right
Her skill set is perfect for a tanky magic damage type of offlaner with decent mobility and cc for initiating, but her squishy base stats and magic power requirement for her damage+sustain holds that back.
I think it's the same issue with Masha before. But Masha's revamp is perfect because now she has to build tank items like the ideal Exp laner, but doesn't hold back her damage entirely since ult can deal a lot of burst by building high HP items which the game does have a lot of that to offer.
With Alice's passive orbs that raises her HP, it's no brainer that a similar revamp would work perfectly for her. She shouldn't have to build magic items if they're fitting her into the Mage Tank category, like Esme

She was great before the revamp. With only 1 or 2 def item and she's tanky yet still carry damage. Idk why people were complaining about her ult having a long cd. Ever heard of fleeting time?
She doesn't even need Fleeting time. Her ulti before has around 15 seconds cooldown but she can also poke easier before since her 1st skill has more percentile magic damage. Although pre revamp Alice is more vulnerable to multiple stuns, she's easier and more damage dealing for me. I am the 1st in Alice senior badge. If I were to decide, change the +40 movement speed in her passive to 30% or atleast 20% damage reduction. Or maybe revert her 2nd skill to stun (it was originally stun that was nerfed to immobilize). Or she may have anti heal immunity at a period of time within her ulti.

Suggestion for her passive:recieve blood orbs after succesfully killing or assisting on the death of an enemy hero.
Benefits:She can roam more freely assisting her allies in ganks and at the same time not being left behind from collecting blood orbs.
Skill Adjustments:
S1:Dmg percentage on creeps increased.Skill speed optimization
S2:Replace immobilization with fear cc instead.
S3:Heal Capability Enchanced.(Can be increased through magic power)
I saw that Alice is immune to cc effects once she cast her ult on time (from another video of course).. I don't know if it's true
She is not immune to cc during ultimate but her ultimate form cannot be turned off when she got CC. Similar to Hylos' second skill.
I think the reason why Alice is not getting picked in M3 above is because of her:
1. Trash chasing capability
2. Power spike is at level 4 but if an enemy Yu Zhong delays you then you would be pretty much useless
3. Can't zone jungler or mages in objective takes unless you have winter truncheon unlike Yu Zhong, Esmeralda, and Masha where you can just go straight into the mage and jungler.
4. Shitty franco meta (Ye I know there is an enemy franco in the video but the enemy's team comp is bad tbh)
5. You are a walking soft pillow to marksmen since you can't really adjust your build like for example add blade armor or dominance or antique cus then your damage and sustainability will fall off unlike yu Zhong and Esme that can still build those items while having their core items still in the build like for yu Zhong the war axe and hunter strike then for esme the enchanted talisman.

Im a pro alice player and heres a tip, use ur ult before clicking the first skill again to teleport so u get more dmg :D
Maybe A movement speed boost when she used her ultimate would be a good idea.
Also, the reason why we often don't see alice in higher rank is because of the revamped item dominance ice which is a direct counter of her. Mostly, she is played as exp laner and guess what the popular first item of sidelaners is dominance ice. And also is the rise of the marksmans

Because Granger cant beat an alice once they’re both at level 15 and full build it’s scary as hell she can wipe ur team if she gets a set

I've been thinking on how the devs should revamp her skills, in this is how i have concluded (i might have thought of something new to her form system):
Alice starts of looking like a normal human woman, if i remember her original look was quite exactly the same except blonde hair, no horns nor wings, and the human form she wears a long white dress.
Passive: instead of just +10 HP per stack, i would make the effect +10 HP and +10 mana per stack, so she can utilize her ult more and make her tankier.
- 12 stacks: instead of 10% CD Reduction change into 10-25 % healing received (this will make her Ulti more useful, make her tankier and be able to sustain, for the skills CD, the devs should lower her CD to make her stronger)
Form: in this form, Alice's hair becomes gray and horns sprouts on her head.
- i would still keep 15% Shield and HP regen, but should change its name to Healing received as the stats in the original server really goes to the healing received stat. I would also give her +35 or 40 mana regen.
Form: she then changes his long white gown to her demoness dress
-50 stacks: would keep the +40 movement speed but i would top that with +50,60 or 70 magic power just to give her more damage. (Her skills will also gain a buff after reaching the stack of 50)
Form: she nows have her iconic bat wings and her walking/running animation will change into flying.
Skill 1: i agree with elgin, with each upgrade the skills gets the faster it becomes (in 50 stacks: idk what to put here, either additional damage or increased width or distance for the skill)
2nd skill: no changes (50 stacks: additional damage and +0.50 time with the immobilization)
3rd skill: no changes (with more 10 stacks she gets, the wider her ulti becomes, also stack is capped in maybe 80 or 100)
Just give Carmilla's passive to Alice then pair her up with Estes the boom. But I think it's really the meta that made her less of a pick.

right now Alice is literally the star of hero trailers and she always has mind control, so I thought about terror cc on his 2nd skill by putting the immobilize on the activation of her ult and make her 1st skill slightly faster, like you did say on the video, about her range I think that at its first level it should have her basic attack range or the Faramis' basic attack range to the level 3 ult Layla's enchanted basic attack range or the unenchanted one
