  • Clutch shots, playoff buzzer-beaters, single-handedly getting the coach of the year fired, and one of the best performances in NBA Finals history are just some of the highlights of Lebron’s spectacular 2018 run.
Here’s why the 2018 season was probably the best and most underrated year of Lebron’s storied career.

This is why simply counting rings is not an accurate measurement of a player's greatness. There are mediocre players who have loads of rings, and some of the best players of all time have none. Ring count is just one data point. It matters, but it's very far from decisive.

The debate for GOAT center still rages on to this day, even though Kareem is firmly ahead of the others in individual accolades and rings. Wilt and Hakeem only have 2 rings, Shaq has 4. Is Shaq better than Wilt and Hakeem? There's no reason for the other debates to be so one-sided.

Wilt is the most record breaking center. While Russell is the winningest center. Two things. Wade trade was a mistake. You know that in finals Dwayne would sacrifice himself to win another ring, especially with LBJ. I do not care about the reasons why he was traded. He still had fuel in the tank and he knows how to win in big games.
Second thing is that Lebron injured his hand after game 1 of the finals. That affected his game. I saw how he missed multiple easy layups and could not figure out the reason for it. If it was not for the hand i think he was ready to play 48 minutes in every game and average 40+ points just to have a chance.
In my opinion if Wade was in Cavs and Lebron was healthy the finals would have more intrigue in them. Not saying that Cleveland could win in 2018 but they could won one or two games.

What makes me depressed to see the "2018 Bron"? Without a ring! For the fact that he was so ultimate and complete in 2018 and nothing is rewarded for the finals, it feels so weird. It’s like Oliver Kahn parried everything for 🇩🇪 in the 2002 World Cup and in the end the final lost against 🇧🇷.
2k18 Bron was like a unrelease szn from his Heat times in a CAVS Jersey. I mean he didn’t deserved that lost . Imagine if had better Players around him, then it would be crazy. He wasn’t human that year. LeGoat🐐

It’s a shame the front office couldn’t do anything that year

Kind of like the Lakers this year...

“Lebron was able to drag a group of innocent bystanders to the finals”
Now that hurts for someone like his team mates🤣
J.R Smith what have you done🤣

Yes! I saw this all the time. 2018 Bron is one of the best seasons EVER from an individual player.

This version on BRON was just on another level.
