Have both phones and like them both. OnePlus 7 Pro main advantage is 90 Hz screen and once you experience it then you simply keep it. The biggest disadvantage is a weights and size. Mi 9 doesn't look as premium and that notch is a bit distracting when watching videos. But when comes to price then no phone can compete with Mi 9. I like more OnePlus 7 Pro images because Mi 9 images are way oversaturated. On the other hand Mi 9 is better in focusing.

So you see where this is going? The OnePlus 7 pro has a 90hz 6.67 Quad HD, HDR10 display vs the Mi 9 has a 6.4" Samsung Super AMOLED HDR 10 DCI-P3 Full HD+ display. Those are the facts. No 2018 phone comes close to beating the Mi 9 truthfully. The Mi 9 is truly a very nice phone and the best part which a lot of people think it's battery is not big enough yet it beats the Note 9 by more then a hour on SOT. It also beats the S10e, S10, S10 5g and runs neck and neck with the S10+. It beats any LG or Apple only getting beat by gaming phones and it gets beat by the Huawei P30 pro by 30 minutes. So all and all the Mi 9 is a very solid performer. The K20 pro is a entry level flagship or truly a good midrange phone. The Mi 9 is the phone that belongs in this conversation with the 7pro.
