It's a mediocre film, that is, average to low, because it has several holes in the script, and it sends the message of the previous 3. Cars 3 did things better. For some reason, the 4th is the least good, and they call it disappointing, which is why it didn't take advantage of it. Even the director of the first 2 showed her disagreement and also the ideas that weren't added to add comedy.
