Ingredients :
Wheat/ odacha kodhumai 200g
Urad dal 100g
Channa dal 50g
Moong dal 50g
Mysore dal 50g
Basmati rice 50g
Water 1.4ltr
Green chilies 2+4nos
Salt as required
Oil 5 tbspn
Briyani leaf 1no
Cinnamon stick 3 nos
Cloves 4nos
Cardamom 4nos
Onion 4 (2+2 )
Ginger and garlic paste 3 tbspn
Coriander leaves few
Mint leaves few
Chillie powder 2 tbspn
Garam Masala 1 tspn
Coriander powder 1 tbspn
Salt as required
Curd 200ml/ 1cup
