Couple things to note. Only the initial soul bounty of the urn is given to every player, the souls in the orbs are only granted to alive players. With the urn NW lead stat, the first urn is always neutral regardless of NW lead. This carries over to the next urn if it hasn't been picked up. Meaning, if amber hand is at soul disadvantage, but they didn't pick up urn at 10 minutes, the one at 15 minutes will still be neutral. So it's always a good idea to pick up then instantly drop the urn if you're at a soul disadvantage even if you don't plan on delivering it. Moreover, the speed is ALWAYS 13 m/s. They removed it where the speed doesn't get affected if you're behind or not. Something important to note is that it's also move speed, not sprint speed. So if you get shot at (assuming the enemy doesn't have any slows), your movement speed won't get interrupted because taking damage while sprinting slows you down to your move speed. You also forgot to mention that if the urn hasn't been delivered in 90 seconds, it will automatically drain 1% Max hp on whoever is carrying it and you can't regen during this (aimed to stop infinitely stalling the urn)
Good info but I believe the even if the 10 minute urn isn't delivered the 15 minute urn can be favored towards one team unless they changed it recently
Small tip, if you are holding the urn and an enemy is trying to heavy melee in order to knock it out of your hands, (typically happens when you are turning the urn in on the drop off location) before they land the melee you can hit the parry button twice, dropping the urn and stunning the enemy. Then you can try and go for the kill or something. I’ve gotten a bunch of cheeky kills this way, when the enemy thought they were stopping the urn.
There is a CD to picking up the urn by the same hero if you have had it for more than 90 seconds. And if you are over the urn spawn time the urn will be gone before you can grab it again, so be warned.

Just picking it up will usually force atleast 2 enemies to the urn site, opening opportunities for ganks, and objective pushes. Also I always thought it was team w lead - 10%, not team behind + 10%. Ivy can bypass this since she carries the urn carrier not the urn itself so she isn't capped by the 13 m/s. Also, the urn math isn't consistent. In *theory* it's 10% and that's what the patch notes say, but I've seen teams be down by more than 15% and get a neutral urn spawn without anyone picking up the urn beforehand, so there's something funky going on like it only measures when the urn first arrives or it doesn't count souls from objectives or something.
I dont like when my teamtes go urn after taking mid boss especially if you are the stronger team. I dont think its more valuable to take the urn than possibly end the game or at least take the towers/first patreon.
I'd say there's no problem if 1 guy gets urn while your rejuv boosted team is pushing shrines/patron, unless its a guaranteed end to the game. Like surely you have one guy whose weaker than everybody else that would be better getting the guaranteed urn boost incase you can't end game with that one push.

Ivy's ult is bugged rn, if you self cast it you can go faster since her ult has sprint now and that bypasses the 13 m/s invis still massively helps as you can cross mid to get the fastest route before being spotted.

defs depends on game state, but those early game midbosses are more suited towards it - you're not gonna be pushing patron or shrine that early

Movement speed is the same no matter what abilities you use now no? So ice path and ivy flying and especially invis don't really help
