definitely a dislocated toe haha, i absolutely punted the ground and it instantly snapped to the side and looked goofy. didnt hurt at first but it absolutely ached like crazy for days after, i do not miss a single day of that feeling im so glad its pretty much completely fine now. cant bend it all the way but thats nbd
Not a worst injury but rather all the smaller hits my ankles have taken through the years. Both are really weak and unstable now and I often get pain after landings. Gotta find a good way to strengthen them.
@@timelim6053 i had a weak left ankle for a while but i havent felt any pain from it for a while. just train it hella with little things and then work up to pistol squats and landing flips onto one foot on tramp, worked for me 👍
Brutal double disc herniation myself l5-s1, was not able to walk for more than 6 months, did not feel my toes, were numb, no control about calf extension, the pressure on sciatic nerve was so high I lost motor control for 3 months of lower leg, doc said never be able to trick again. Long story short,18 months later I was back on track, no surgery, Saiyan Pride to return to tricking drove me to go through hell and pain, new life habits and Conditioning and I am back stronger ✊🏼 Wishing you hyperbolic time chamber healing brother, always loved your positive attitude and character🙌🏼💚 Such an inspiration, hope we can trick together in the future. One love and salute. I believe in you!
I’m right now pre surgery because of a hip injury and this really makes me feel kind of good, that I’m not the only one getting injured doing tricking :))
You are an amazing person! I used to do jump spin taekwondo kicks on targets that I could walk under. I tore something in my hamstring doings split and couldn’t lift my foot above my belt for a long time. Totally recovered and was able to do the kicks again then tore ligaments in the knee while scooping water out a muddy hole doing plumbing which took along time to heal. I still can’t do the advanced kicks. Didn’t have surgery on either case. Best wishes!
Very informative, and very interesting too :) I haven’t had any super super major injuries, but this is still intriguing to watch, I could feel my Achilles tingle as I watched hahaha
Im on month 6 of my Achilles tear recovery and I’m feeling a lot better. Not 100% and still a little stiffer and weaker than I’d like but major improvements
Ngl I clicked on the video hoping it was something I plan on never trying like a triple cork or something…..IT WAS A RAIZ!?!?! Bruh that is so scary. Wishing you the best recovery!
The Raiz wasn't to blame 😅 my ankles have had a lot of abuse over the years & it was bound to go eventually given the skills I was throwing. BUT I'MA HEAL & BECOME STRINGER THAN EVER!
@@BrendanMorrisonTricking Makes sense. Can’t wait for “Icelord Returns” or whatever you decide to make the first project back! I know it’ll be an absolute banger!!!
people get hurt cuz people eat like shit drink like shit and and its unlucky sometimes, if u gonna be able to handle this sport long term, its a commitment for sure!
I saw you mentioned ruptured ACL and torn meniscus. I currently have this and am waiting for surgery. However I seem to be getting very strong and stable and am back to tricking. Not too sure if I need the surgery. Would love to hear your recovery story from these injuries
Before tricking have you tried exercises to prevent tricking injuries? like squats and calf stretching? and doesnt the surgery hurt or is there like Anesthesia?
I've done injury prevention my whole life, but at some point my hyperactive lifestyle caught up to me 😅 I had anesthesia for surgery & I feel good about my pain management, but Ill be making content to explain all that stuff in more detail
Skyzone, little kids bday party, I tried a double backflip and herniated a disk in my neck. lol I rember my nose touching the center of my chest and literally having an out of body experience like dr strange. Best part was the moron who worked there telling me to get up from the ground because someone could get hurt tripping over me...lol
Focus on any little thing that gives you gratitude. It's really hard to be grateful for anything when you can't wait, but just being able to breathe is a blessing 🙏🏻 Wishing you the best recovery!!!
@@BrendanMorrisonTricking thnx man really appreciate your words. I'm also gonna try more stretching for injury prevention. Cause the last 3 years I have been injured every summer and I don't know how to prevent its always a bad ankle roll or my body making a weird bend with a low difficulty move you think stretching wil do the trick?
"Blowing a Tire" more like "CV Joint Lost" I've been told Tearing the Achilles is a permanent thing and that's why I clicked on the video to see what you meant by healing.

@@oronthemoron thanks for the advice! And yeah Ive noticed how pistol squats give your ankles some work, definetly gonna do more pistol squats!
Did my ACL on an ill timed Sideswipe XD Don't trick with jetlag kids! It's not worth it!

NOOOOO! Recover fast man! The worst injury I have had is an ankle sprain

I have had so much trouble with my Achilles Tendon for years, and it just pops like 10 times in a row, and I'm 11.
YOOOOOOOO 😭🤣 Take care if that body man! We only get one & at 26. I'm definitely too young for this injury
SO fucking strong you are!!
my worst injury was my jaw, I injured it while doing dub full on a bench
That made me cringe to read... hope you're better tho

I'm currently recovering from a kneecap dislocation I'm 7 weeks (i can now walk again) it is difficult to keep a positive mind do you have any tips?
