Shadows of the Empire was definitely a high point in the EU. I ended up getting not only the novel, but the soundtrack album, the comicbook adaptation and spin-off series, the Making of... book, the art book, even the audiobook (sadly, abridged). All this was before the Dark Times; before the Mouse.

I wonder what I must have been like to be around during the height of the EU. I myself, am too young to have experienced that but no matter what, the EU will always keep Star Wars alive for me, personally. Thanks for watching and engaging 🫡
