You go from believing in One true God to believing in three in one God. This trinity is a later development that culminated in 381 CE. This is not an achievement. Remember you have to stand trial in front of One True God on the Day of Judgement.

We tried to show her what she was putting herself into, but of course, parent's words are worth less than thin air to kids. After some adjustment, we are well. For sure we wouldn't have disowned her for this. She still is our beloved daughter.

Thank you for sharing your testimony. Jesus responds no matter who calls out to Him. When I went on my knees in 2016 I thought there was no hope for me in life. Then the Holy Spirit answered me and life has never been the same. Once you taste the Lord you cannot stop talking about Him. Psalm 34:8 - Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him.

I'm muslim but for i while now, every night i would feel agitated and I'd start thinking about jesus, christianity and whether or not i believe in it. I've come to the conclusion that i just disagree with so much that islam talks about and i keep comparing it to christianity, which to me feels like some sort of sign. I dont know why i always come back to christianity somehow and i just feel like i really do believe in it and what it stands for but i feel so stuck and i dont know what to do. Sometimes I can't sleep at night because i keep on thinking about jesus and when i imagine myself being Christian, i feel so free and liberated it's really weird i never felt that way. I feel like I'm sinning even just thinking about converting.

As a former Muslim, can you please enlighten me on how you came to understand and believe this? I really want it to make sense to me. I love Jesus, but nowhere did he call himself God...Son of God, but not God. ..He clearly stated that “Our “God Is One...He said, “I can do nothing without my father” to me this means he isn’t God. I’ve spoken to many Christians who were born into the faith, but I would really like to know how a non Christian was convinced of this. I really am asking sincerely, not with malice..I’m searching for an answer that makes sense , so that I too might believe..Thank you..

bugger490, When you received Jesus, you are already save. What you need now is the baptism of the Holy Spirit, who can give you power to live a godly life and be a witness for the Lord. Remember Jesus telling His disciple that He have to go away(die) so that the Holy Spirit can come to the earth and be a witness of our Lord.
It is an easier path to avoid all kind of prayers and obligations that Islam commands Muslims. But easier path does not mean the right path. I hope you find the right way again.

I'm muslim but for i while now, every night i would feel agitated and I'd start thinking about jesus, christianity and whether or not i believe in it. I've come to the conclusion that i just disagree with so much that islam talks about and i keep comparing it to christianity, which to me feels like some sort of sign. I dont know why i always come back to christianity somehow and i just feel like i really do believe in it and what it stands for but i feel so stuck and i dont know what to do. Sometimes I can't sleep at night because i keep on thinking about jesus and when i imagine myself being Christian, i feel so free and liberated it's really weird i never felt that way.
