Love seeing the experience vs. simply hearing about it!

That's on my bucket list, doing the Great Loop and the Ranger family of tugs has always been near the top of the list for the boat to do it in.

You have a great narrator voice and style. This was an enjoyable viewing and listening experience.

Oh thank you! I’m still getting used to the sound of my own voice on these things 😋

Very interesting video..... amazing amount of patience to do that trip with a toddler but you both seem pretty chill so I'm sure you'll survive! lol... Enjoy!

Great video! You all are inspiring. I have been doing the vanlife thing for 4 years and love slow travel down two tracks in 4WD. Your videos are leading me to consider slow travel via water big time.

Subscribed. Me and my wife are fixing up our boat on my channel to do the loop ourselves in a few years. Ours is only 28 feet, but we wont have a todler with us. lol. Looking forward to your next video.

Thanks! 28 is a great size for the loop - no shortage of overnight options!

You made a "rookie" mistake after the haul out. You should have taken a weekend trip on board before starting, you would have found the vibration issue and not had it stress the start of the journey. That is the "recommended" thing after a haul out and before a long stretch on board. Great vid, no locks at all in my area so the info about them really helps.

Looking forward to more videos! We've cruised this same area. One suggestion...turn the music down lower or off when you are narrating. Even to my young..er ears it's distracting.

Thanks for the comment - can I ask what you’re using to watch/listen on? I play it through a number of different speakers/headphones before I publish. Still trying to find the right balance.

For newbies to your channel, briefly review the type of boat, length and draft. Otherwise, most of your vlog is worthless. Fair winds and following seas...
