Eye color can make such a big difference on a person's look.

They are thick because they last for a year!! If you want thinner, they will NOT last that long
They're thick because they are RGP (rigid gas permeable) lenses vs the Desios that are soft lenses. They killed me at first tbh vs the Desios but I think I can kind of tolerate them more now. I defiantly know that the recommended wear time for RGP lenses is not as long as soft lenses though so the Desios actually might be more healthy for the eyes. Especially if we wear them for really long hours and throw them away more frequently. Thanks for the review. I was debating between getting these or Azul. Definitely going to get these because they look so much more vibrant
Desio only last 1/4 of the time as solotica, so you would need 4 pair for the year of Desio and only 1 pair of solotica. So really they're cheaper and are $75 on most web sites
Just a warning I bought solotica contacts about two weeks and accidentally slept with them in. Just from one time I developed giant papillary conjunctivitis and now may not even be able to wear my regular contacts for up to 6 months so please be careful and whatever you do DO NOT SLEEP WITH THEM IN!

The contacts look great on you! They match your necklace exactly!!! I LOVE SOLOTICA HIDROCOR LENSES & lensme.com! So far I have OCRE, AVELA, CRYSTAL, ICE & TOPAZIO. I just ordered ESMERALDA. I wore FRESHLOOK & ESPRESSIONS color contacts before I found SOLOTICA. I agree they are thicker, but I got use to them very quickly!!! Hope you continue to enjoy yours!

They look really beautiful! Great color for you! I have the Mel & the Grafite....I was so frustrated at first because I am a Credit Union member in California and apparently because I ordered for Paralentes they are based in Brazil and they are what is called a Sanctioned Country which means alot of fraud goes on there and there are several banks that wont let you purchase internationally to Sanctioned Countries.. but I just joined Paypal as a business member and they sent me a prepaid Mastercard so now I just load my card and order away to any country pretty cool! I really love them just ordered 6 more pair...I like that the Paralentes website usually has any purchase over $99 is free shipping and a lot of TH-camrs that use them have discount codes with is pretty cool so I just got a $32 discount on 6 pairs with free shipping. I got mine here in CA in about a week which was pretty exciting the only thing for me is mine are non script and they keep slipping even the other day I totally lost in in my eye lid! LOL...I wish I knew more about wearing contacts to know how to get them not to do that. I spoke to a Vision Center who told me I probably had them on inside out and since they are non script it is kind of hard to tell when they get flipped. Do you have any pointers on how to tell when your lenses are inside or how to get them to not slip inside your eyelid? I do have to say it kinda really freaked me out! LOL...-Christina

i will give you a tip on eye lens when you take it out of the bottle but them with the water lens to prevent dryness i hope you understand me

I've heard some people have got uncomfortable lenses from lens. me do you feel they are uncomfortable?
+Sheila Olive honestly, I felt that if I wore them for more than 6 hours, they would feel dry. I purchased them from www.visionmarketplace.com/?ref=gabyk they were more comfortable. If you use my code "gabyk" you get 10% off. I mean they are made from the same company. So Idk if they updated their formula or the texture with the actual lenses but I do feel a difference.

+Yul Game 34 in all honestly, you should go see an optometrist before ordering contacts if you don't know your measurements. It can be hazardous for your eyes if you get the wrong measurements.

+amznmmdprncss no I did not experience that. However, I did feel like my vision was blurred after a few hours of wearing them. I guess it's cuz the lenses are so thick :/ still very pretty pigment!

You have done a great mistake btw you have to but it in the solution at least 16 before you wear it that's why you're feeling uncomfortable
i found much better lenses then solotica they are called biocolour 55
they are transparent but deepens the color of the eyes.
i have grayblue eyes and i use violet eye color and lightgreen with
little yellow they look 100% realistic the best part is that when i go
to a darker are the pupil increase as a normal eye do and when i go to
light my pupil minimize.
i dont know about solotica but i think solotica the pupil remail small
whatever if its dark or light. biocolur 55 doesnt have any pupil hole
and doesn't work at all on dark brown/brown eyes sadly so if you have
light eyes i recommend these alot!! even eye doctor asked if lightgreen
was my real eyecolor because they looked so realistic and i feel unique
that i can wear violet/purple lens and people cant notice its lense at
all :)

Those look really nice on you! However, they wouldn't work for me :/ i don't have naturally colored eyes.
