Can someone explain why people take down Kujata first when Phoenix will just ressurect him? Does Pheonix just not die unless she uses Rebirth Flames first?
Pretty sure pheonix has some sort of protective barrier around it, that either makes it immune or makes it take little to no damage until you kill kujata

his damage aint low, but not being able to raise the stagger bonus hurts him in solo runs. That being said, his damage output with counters is really high and consistent before stagger, and it gets higher if you use prime mode
How did you practice Gilgamesh? Through this or via a save file? I'm thinking of beating the game and getting all the relics just to have a save right before Gilgamesh, literally. Otherwise my solo may not work for ROTOW

oh yeah against bahamut, when i was in mid air Bahamut did his attack so i had to press Triangle and Circle very quickly without touching the left joystick to get on the ground than press Triangle to parry

yeah it makes all the fights easier, phoenix is fire so you absorb all the damage, titan is weak to wind, alexander is weak to lightning and for Gilgamesh you just need to parry, he attacks all the time

One question, how did you block unblockable attacks (signified by the "Caution" triangle )? Bahamut's grab and Gilgamesh's pose both show as unblockable by the game but you parry them. Can you perfect block even unblockable attacks?

i already did Zack & Sephiroth solo but i didn't record. For advice : max ur materias first, learn the patterns and watch the names of the attacks, especially Gilgamesh hes got a lot of attacks. If u learn all that, just practice and u'll be good! Thank you for watching
My goodness I actually attempted this before watching, and gave up on gilgamesh what you did here is just chefs kiss!! Is it actually better for dps to just use normal attacks or are you doing it that way to make it a perfect punisher counter?

What does your setup look like here? It appears you have mastered the timing of parrying and blocking and attacking. I'd honestly prefer to beat this challenge that way, instead of cheesing it by spamming agas and making yufi dance on an atb ward. You method looks like what the game intended you to play it as, and when you win it doesn't look like an accident.

This is only on PS5, so mods are not ab option, and like he stated, these battles are ONLY doable with the hard difficulty. Even if you change your difficulty to easy, starting the vr mission for this puts it into hard mode automatically

Also, you're already absorbing Fire/Ice. You can't put Elemental Affinity twice on defensive slots, only the first one will trigger.
