This was supposed to be done for international women's day, but I've been in a bit of a slump so I've only finished it now. I tried to use some ladies/scenes that haven't been used yet for fierce multifemales, but I usually go for the lighter dramas so I haven't got that much footage.
I once read on tumblr; “girls dont mature faster than boys, girls are punished from an early age for the same behaviour that boys are allowed to indulge in well into adulthood”
And hearing this song is like walking out of the theatre after watching Captain Marvel and feeling incredible about being a woman.
So this is my shout out to every woman, hear us roar! Keep shining, ladies. ♥️ You’re all amazing.
Thank you for watching, please like, comment and subscribe!

"Walk with your keys between your knuckles", "be careful when comin' back home at night" and "always defend yourself if a boy tries to touch you without permission" are sentences I heard from my mom since I was really young, and I bet all women go throught it as well. I've never seen anything sadder than the look in her eyes while she was telling me that. People shouldn't be protecting their daughters, they should be teaching their sons how to act like civilized people, not uncontrollable animals.

word. Even tho I personally never experienced something horrible, the fact that little girls (or anyone assigned female at birth) have to know this to protect themselves is too much. The fact that it's so hard to be safe, it's impossible

"If she's asking for it, she can just ask for it." ~ Vir Das (an intellectual comedian)
Not all men, but 97% women. For me personally (i'm a little comfortable saying this behind this anonymous screen) it happened to me when i was 6, then again when i was 8. It's not all men. We know that. But its 97% women. And in some places still taken as a joke. previous and current generations had to deal with this crap, let's all be human and teach the future generations about respect. Respect for gender, respect for race, respect for culture, respect for religion, and respect for different societal classes.
"Boys wont be boys, boys will be what we teach them to be."
For anyone who doesn't know about the code: If a girl comes up to you pretending to know you and sticking close, check around to see if there is anyone suspicious nearby, most likely she's trying to shake off a creep. Don't act weirded out just ask her in secret and act like you guys know each other, it's surprising how most ppl just act shocked and just shake them off thinking they are weird.
Also this happens to men too (even if its not as common), so if there are any signs that males are getting harrassed don't ignore it please. We all need to protect each other the best way we can :)
    Have a good day :D
(edit) Thanks for all the positivity in the comment section, i hope you guys are doing better than what you had to go through, you are never alone and there will always be an army behind you to support you even if they are not physically there! Stay strong you are doing great!! :)

I remember reading this text message I got from my older brother's former private tutor. I was only 10 y/o. And what was even worse is that I blamed myself for walking and jumping around the house wearing miniskirts and shorts. I thought it was MY fault that he texted me something so disgusting;but I realized while growing up that it never was my fault to begin with. Many of us have grown up to believing that sexual assault is OUR fault,it's because WE were wearing SHORT SKIRTS, AND TIGHT CLOTHES. But,it isn't. THOSE IDIOTS WHO TALK SHIT AND FORCE THEMSELVES ON WOMEN ARE THE ONES AT FAULT.

My best friend and me were both sexually assaulted before getting out of middle school… my middle school graduation is tomorrow. Still hurts knowing me and her were not able to do anything to stop it. That’s why she doesn’t wear skirts and I don’t wear tight clothes. Both of our voices change when we talk about it because we are so angry we have to put up with it for the rest of our lives. I almost got kidnapped, I’ve been touched inappropriately, and gotten starred at. My bestie had it worse sadly. So now I carry pepper spray at all times and have a softball bat beside my bed. This sucks and I can’t do much about it other than lose weight in my hips/butt/boob area and wear extra loose clothing. If I talk back I get hurt, if I don’t talk back I get hurt, if I walk away I get hurt. There is no winning for women.

    • @NBen-oz1xd
      @NBen-oz1xd 3 ปีที่แล้ว +76

Sweety, who said there's no winning for women?! you will never find a way out if you think this way/ believe in this. LISTEN, YOU are the SOLUTION. YOU are the WAY OUT. HOW? by making yourself stronger, by empowering yourself. LEARN MARTIAL ARTS or KICKBOXING so you can defend yourself in the worst-case situation ( God forbid) I'm not saying go, beat people, no... but learning how to defend yourself, knowing you CAN DEFEND/ PROTECT yourself will empower you... you will feel safe...you will be safe... you will not walk away hurt or in shame... but remember to choose your battles wisely... I'm telling you this from experience, I went through hell and beyond but I never gave up on myself. I always believed that we women are the real deal. we are the winners in this life coz we are WARRIORS. So, take a step back, reflect on your life, think about what do you want to be in the future, how do you want to be treated, set your goals, make a plan, stick to it. and remember to take baby steps, believe me, I've been there, I've seen it all but I made it. now I can proudly say I'm a warrior
sweety, if I did it you can do it too. It's in our genes. Remember, we are warriors, we never give up on ourselves.
Take good care of yourself, love.
P.S be a crazy woman.. it sometimes helps too ;) ;)

It's my worst nightmare, so bad I can't even begin to imagine it. I can only sympathize for now. Still, I think that you're incredibly brave and amazing for continuing on no matter how you continue on, and maybe that much can be winning too. That much is a statement. I wish the absolute best for you and that it gets better from here

But there are safe places you can try to go, such as Salvation Army shelters, to get away from the violence you have encountered. There are also safe houses for women and children. Maybe your school counselor can guide you. I hope you get the resources you need. If someone doesn't help you, ask someone else, until you do get the help you need. Everyone deserves to be safe. After seeing all the sexual harassments on other girls,i came to realization that it happened to me too. I was 10 years old that time,we were going to travel because it was summer holidays by train. My father met a young man, befriended with him cz he was a local of that place. During the traveling days,he always came to the place where we sit, talk with my parents. He was super sweet, just like a brother. But his intension was something else. During the 2nd day on the train,I was asking my older brother for the mobile to play games, but he refused. Then that man came sit with me,he told my brother to give his phone to me and he did. As I was playing games,I felt something on my waist, when I turn around to see he moved his hand. First I didn't notice anything and I was unaware of that. Then he slowly touched my thighs and tried to touch my private part. I felt really weird and when I looked at him,he was dumbfounded. Then I stood up and went to sit beside my brother. Idk if my brother noticed or not but he told me to sleep in his sit and he'll be awake to keep an eye on me. And since that time, that man didn't came to us anymore. Even my mom said that he didn't feel good,he was kinda creepy. And years later,I found what happened that day. I felt really hurt and broken,I cried for many hours. After reading some of the comments,I tried to open up my mind. Stay safe girls from all over the world. And boys too.

I’ve seen you, with the exact same bloody comment, in various different threads here.
Firstly, if you’re using the minuscule number of men (compared to the women that is) being sexually harassed, and most of that too being done by other men, to try and erase our suffering
Then you don’t give a shit about men’s rights.
Women come here, assuming that this is a safe space where they can talk about their feelings and experiences and douchebags like you come here to try and erase their strife like it never existed.
Do you not realise that this is what feminism is for you idiot? It is to get rid of gender roles and discrimination and to achieve gender equality.
It is to get rid of how Men And Women are treated differently based on their gender.
I am not saying that men’s rights should be vanquished all together, I’m just telling you to stop trying to steal the limelight from what/who actually needs it. The female struggle is larger, more problematic and more widespread than the struggle of men. We’re just trying to fix it before it gets worse because of people like you.

I'd love to share my experience too.At the age of 8 I was sexually harassed by one of my relative. He touched me in my private parts & did a lot while I was alone & playing on my own. I didn't even know what he did to me. After some months I realised what really happened. I was broken & lost. I couldn't concentrate on my studies & I even took counciling classes. That's an intolerable pain. I'm still uncomfortable when my brothers/cousins touch me. I became a coward & couldn't face men. I started to hate all men.I had breakup because of that. It took more than10 years to heal that scar. Even though I have discomforts I have some male friends now. I'm now in medical college. I started to open up about my experience. I have really supportive people around me. When I opened up my friends didn't even get bothered. They just loved me like before. So what I'm trying to say is if you got harassed don't think that your life is lost. You have a long way to go. If you don't have a good environment make yourself one. You are your biggest friend

He didn't like us because we were women, as he kept saying "ew a woman", "I don't want to stand next to women", stuff like that. It really offended me, because we were literally doing nothing. My sisters also didn't like it as they told him to stop as well. It really hurt my feelings and set me off immediately after he kept saying those things. His friends tried pushing him trying to get him to stand next to us, and he kept refusing, pushing back. When I first heard him, I was like "excuse me? I am offended, that's so discriminating" and he continued, as I kept telling him to stop and that it was offensive, but he didn't. Then one time he did it again, and I basically just lost it, so done, yelling at him and telling him not to say those things at it was so rude. Then he said "sorrryy, it's just a joke" rolling his eyes. Later, he kept apologizing, saying how sorry he was. I made him regret everything he did. That's why you don't discriminate people just because of their gender. It's very disrespectful and not funny at all. It really sucks that people are still like this

      Good. Day.

I really appreciate you used clips from Meteor Garden! (the scene where Shancai gets hit with food). Although this drama aims to be wholesome and cute there are a few moments where I couldn't believe how main male lead forces himself on main female. If I am not mistaken there is a scene where he tries to kiss her and at the same time he punched a wall or was it that she was crying cause of him and he still wanted to kiss her? It was so long ago that I might forget it how it was..Or this particular scene when he smashed food on her. I just couldn't belive how after this they could be together and why it was potrayed as 'romantic'.

A few days ago I watched a video on youtube 'Abusive behaviours in Korean Drama' and as I am new to the topic (since I became interested in kpop and Korean culture not long ago) I was appaled by this romantic drama called Boys over flowers. Like, I get it that sometimes we shouldn't judge past trends or what society thought back in time through our modern view but I just cringed at every interaction beetwen main protagonists. Then I wanted to check some info about Meteor Garden and I found out that this drama was basen on Boys over flowers T _ T like it is chineese version of japaneese manga. Then everything added up why i didn't like both dramas :'D But you know even when I don't want to judge past 'trends' or tropes in manga/drama etc. I still can't wrap my head around why so many people liked those forced interactions..its just uncomfortable o-O Anyway..I just hope that even back then there were people who still didn't like it completely...or maybe I am delusional

I used to work in a supermarket chain in my country. And I’m the only teenage girl working there…others are all middle aged women and older men. This old man started to make conversation with me slowly…I thought he was just being nice. So I was nice to him too. Once he told me that I could come to his house when we are both off to have tea. I thought it was so nice of him cz he wanted me to meet his family. But he said that he lives alone and he gave me a wink and hugged me (I was sitting and he was standing). The shock I got at that time was so intense, I couldn’t speak or move for a while. Nothing even happened but the disgust I felt and me understanding his intentions. These women who act right at that moment are really strong. He also gave me a slice of cake that he made. He put it on a plate and gave me a fork and told me to eat it. He left and I didn’t even touch it. He came after 5 mins and saw that I haven’t eaten it and he got mad at me?! I threw it away after he left and went back home. I was luckily transferred to another location and I never saw him again.

Two of my other friends said that he told them the exact same thing and we told his friends at the beginning they were defending us and didn't talk to him for a while because he plays with girls emotions but after a couple weeks they started teasing us as well and it became even worse they tried to rape us especially me and they touched us inappropriately and whenever we talk to them about it they say we're just joking once they took photos of us and selled them to boys and old mens and they also made a video with them and shared it on TikTok and got credit for it plus they shared our phone numbers with strangers
Ever since this happened i tried to not talk to boys or even be close to them

There were a lot of people...then he called me into his room so we can play video games. I was dumb and followed him into his room, it was upstairs and there were not many people. So i was sitting in his bed with him playing games. Then he stopped and told me he was bored, so i asked him what we should do next. Then he stood up and locked the door, and he sat next to me...right then i felt his hand on my thighs and he moved it higher and was about to touch my private part. I pushed him and ran out of the room, I was so disgusted and thought it was my fault cause i was wearing a miniskirt....i never went near him after that. I felt stupid for following him into his room.

One of them didn´t even try to avoid us and went straight towards us with stretched hand (so he would touch our legs while passing). I managed to avoid him somehow but my classmate who was wearing a skirt didn´t and he slightly lifted her skirt. I shouted something but they both just laughed.
This is not the first time that something like this happened to me and to be honest it took very much self control not to go and punch him.

doesn't really count as a man, but I hate men's way of thinking!! As someone transgender I was always mistook as a female (I still am) but as a kid used to love wearing miniskirts and shorts and would frequently get sexually harassed. Even though they were very small things like getting smacked in the ass or held around the waist I always thought it was my fault because my parents told me it was!! I grew up and covered my body completely, even in the middle of summer!! I was scared of what would happen if I showed skin. So I covered up all the time. Then I realised it wasn't my clothes because on the street I was catcalled and told I had a 'great body' or a 'sexy ass'. I was a 7 year old and all I did was cry and complain to my mum. She would say it was my fault so I just didn't know what to do. I just accepted that as my life and now I'm realising it wasn't me but them!! I agree with yall, not all men but still 97%???
