@zahra Well, talking about those things and being open and honest is key to conquer your demons and solve your problems. Yes, it isn't popular in our society but it's so important to come out of our shelves. Life isn't about being happy 24/7. That's impossible. Life will give you a lesson if you're always up to suppress you being you.🦋
The stigma around mental health, alcohol, drugs, and not talking about it is one that Demi is doing an amazing job of normalizing. Being that I’m not a survivor or someone who has struggled with the problems Demi and so many others have is so important for me to learn about because it can help people like myself understand and help those who struggle with these issues. Thank God Demi is strong enough to be open and honest to everybody.

I did 3 Rehab and each time I was going back to harder drugs... It's true but not for everyone. Everyone is different. Each path of recovery is different for each individual. I went to NA, AA & CA and it helped sometime but still didn't work FOR ME. It work for millions of persons though. Like I said, the only thing we, addict, have in commun is we have to fight (and be aware) each day to stay sober. But each story and each recovery is different. ✌
