Some people say that New York is the center of the universe. It is undoubtedly a city full of vitality and positive energy! If I had money, I would definitely move to New York and meet wonderful people like you every day! Thanks a lot for sharing, really great job! I wish you great success in your tea business! 👍🥰🙏
I can promise you, as someone who travels to a lot of places in the U.S., that you can definitely go on a date for $100 or less and join a gym for $30/month EVERYWHERE. This guy just has a ton of money apparently.
Lived in NYC as a student and totally agree with Conti. It's the best place to live as a single person. Not sure if I can raise a family now without breaking expenses. But I miss the electric vibe minus locos.
Brett, I would love to hear how you plan and promote your new tea business, and how you go about networking with others. Also, I really like your videos about how you improve your productivity, and your daily routine in NYC to keep yourself stay disciplined and motivated. Thanks for sharing your videos.
I'm super excited that you're starting a tea company!! My wife and child don't get it, but I drink tea on a daily basis. I'm a huge fan of Kumaon white loose leaf! Here on the opposite side, in Seattle, WA, it's a necessity for good mental health!! Thanks for all the wonderful content, we greatly appreciate the travel tips! Can't wait to see more, and buy some tea from you!! Take care, my friend!
I went to nyc and stayed there for 3 weeks,I fell in love,it didn’t even feel that overwhelming or all that ,I love the fast pace life and the vibe overall, never felt homesick-I really would love to live there one day IF I could get visa sponsorship tho😭
You are such an inspiration Brett, btw I'm practicing English Language to be fluent, yk English is very common language to travel HAHAHA, but yeah I am inspired with you and I want to live in NYC too! I loved that NYC has a lot of job opportunities for teenagers like me who want to work.
42 grand a year on rent... Holy shit! I get that isn't even that bad for New York and it's an incredible place but 5 years of that would pay for my house in Scotland outright haha Mental.
I've been to Brooklyn since I was a child to visit my relatives and it's more open than Manhattan. I love nyc but didn't after Covid. Found people to be ruder and uncaring. I'm going back to give it another chance.
I’m living in Bali but considering NYC in future. Taxes would be the biggest deterrent for me. Would rather hold on to the money and then you have more to spend on the ‘future wife’ 😉
I'm a huge fan of your videos, bro. Love from India. After all other videos, I especially like the New York City videos, bro. Keep rocking, my best wishes for you and your new tea company, Brett bro.....❤️
14% is just the state and city tax in New York. That's on top of federal and payroll tax, that you pay anywhere in US. He didn't mention the other taxes, because everybody pays them, regardless of where they live. If you add all of them it can be more than 50% if u live in NYC. I'm paying about 40% in taxes, and I don't live in NYC

I lived in NYC in the late 90s and what an experience it was, with clubs like Webster Hall.. I think it's now a less safer and much more costly affair.
I dream of traveling and settling in New York, but I am facing some difficulties. In addition, I prefer to watch a movie “home alone” with a cheese pizza with a view of the Empire State Tower. I think this will be a date for me 🥲
Don't tell me.. paying up to almost 40% in taxes in Italy...🤬 So I'd more than happy to move to NYC on a regular basis and pay 14-16% in taxes 🤭 and the view from your aptmt is INSANE ❤

I love nyc but can’t live there it’s too expensive and busy and I love Florida too much lol 😂 warm and close to theme parks and my family is here but I love seeing your videos you make there
FL is better:) But it's not much cheaper. The rent for one bedroom apartment in my building in Miami is $3500-$4000, depending on the view, and it's not a high end building. I was surprised to here that his rent in Manhattan is only $3500.
