Always Loved the Turbine Rims, my RAMCHARGER had them.

Its not the copyright it's you can no longer sell a General Lee because it's racist and people get sand in their pu$$y and burn down cities because they don't have gainful employment and are bored so they need to exhaust themselves and look for a life purpose in something outside of the norm of going to work and being of service to their communities in some form. @@robertfrancis6967 I already knew this, but the company Who created the model offered general Lee options but did it in a way that warner Bros couldn't do anything.
It is just a matter of finding a quality Dukes of H, Gen Lee decals...harder than it seems. 3 sets, all have no white outline or stars, all clear. Still looking.
He was hiding the flag that was shown in the movie on the General Lee car. After market decals for the ones who chose to build the TV/Movie car

This kit and the country charger kit are just remolds of the general lee kit so that’s why it has the general lee stuff
I just got the Country Charger. It is almost the same as the City Slicker, but the body doesn't have the posts on the inside to screw the chassis to it. The Country Charger has a removable hood, an engine (not massively detailed, but passable), and it doesn't have the CB radio or antenna. It has a few more flags and some Dukes of Hazzard style numbers, but still doesn't have the Confederate flag. It is supposed to have the Vector wheels as used on the General Lee, but some kits (mine included) don't have them. That is the most annoying thing as I wanted to make a General Lee and now either have to get Round 2 to send me the wheels and I have to pay the postage to New Zealand, which is almost as much as the kit cost me, or I have to get some resin wheels (which would also cost more than the kit), or get a 3D printing file and get my local model shop to print them for me. I'm almost tempted to make it as a long lost cousin of the General Lee instead.
That is true what you said. It is a General Lee kit molded in Black plastic.I have the Country Charger kit. I have lots of Dodge Charger kits. MPC Model kits I call genuine General Lees. The Dodge Charger kits issued by Revell models I call fake General Lee cars.

Corvette Flame Red is color of the General Lee, as confirmed by the Valuzets, who built the cars for the second half of season 1, all of season 2 and 3 and part of season 4. Travis is very egotistical and is a snake. There are a bunch of stories on that.
The problem is, that they only used that color, because back then they filmed on actual film and somehow Corvette Flame Red came out on screen as the orange they had envisioned! In real life however, it's far too reddish!
If you want to go "in-world-canon" it should be standard Hemi Orange! Check the episode where the boys find the black wrecked Charger and they rebuild it to be able to compete in Boss Hogg's Moonshine Race! The only color Cooter has left on his shelves, are a couple of buckets of Hemi Orange (to repaint Hemi engines!)...
So the correct color for this particular car should be Hemi Orange!
