The natural wax seems to keep the whiteness or colour of the wool. The felter’s wax I have is a golden yellow colour. I will definitely have to try your product. Thanks.
Morning, shoot me an email as if member serves we may have someone who stocks it in Sweden which may be cheaper shipping as it is in the EU .. I will send her an email and check if she has some. :)
This is great once I’ve moved house can’t wait get my wools back out their packing crate ! Thank you… Where did you get your hot plate ,melter please ?
Hi, The one I have I got from adsa but you basically want to search for an electric wax warmer its the same one that you would use for the scented waxes :)
Hi, no the wax warmer is not included, this is an electric wax melter / warmer used for those air freshener waxes you can find them in many places (supermarkets, amazon, ebay) Hope that helps :)
@@MumsMakery and what are you putting the wax in? Is it a candle votive ? Because it looks like your wax just comes in a clump. Thank you very much also I am in the USA is there a link for that?
@@juliejelaco5208 hi :) .. it is a jumbo tealight case (i just pulled the candle out). i find it useful as can use one for each colour then no mess or fuss cleaning out dishes :) just pop it on the warmer and melt :) here is a link to something similar to the one I have www.amazon.co.uk/Electric-Ceramic-Scented-Fragrance-Bathroom
Hi thank you for your video, it looks like a stunning product! The concern I have is, would it melt off my felted item if it got left in a spot that was hot?
Hi :) it would soften certainly depending how hot and I don't recommend you leave it in direct sunlight but then again direct sun would also effect your felted item also. the wax would only melt if the temperature was hot enough to actually melt it .. there is an info sheet image on the product page on my website www.mumsmakery.co.uk then search felters wax it gives melting temperatures etc. Hope that helps
@@MumsMakery Thanks for your helpful reply 😁 I was just wondering if it would melt in a got car or on a hot day at the market as I am wanting to sell my product.
@@cchap2386 No problem .. obviously if the temp gets too hot the wax will soften but it should melt in what I would call a normal temperature range. but do look at the info image as that does give melting point temps :) Feel free to email me if you have any questions or need any help :)
@@AlbertaMartian Hi, It was restocked and sold out again .. I am making more this week. Send me an email mumsmakery@gmail.com and let me know which waxes you need :)
Hi, No we don't but you can get them from manufactures such as glade or airwick. Any that work as a wax melter / warmer for air freshener waxes should work fine :)
Hi, I don't see why not although don't put anything made with wax / wool and wax in direct sunlight as it will obviously soften. you may find clay better to make an entire hoof but if you want the colouring of wools then giving it a good layer of wax over the top will give a lovely finish :)
Hi, Apologies for the delay I thought I had replied to this. Some of the wax is out of stock currently that may be the issue. I don't know why the chat isn't working but you can always send in an email and we will help any way we can :) look forward to hearing from you. 😊

I imagine the pink dipped over brown shades of wool could create a wide range of skin tones.
