Maharat has very good doctors but your billing department needs major improvement. Currently all billing staff go to lunch at the same time leaving hundreds of patients stranded waiting to pay their bills. Why not have half of the billing staff go to lunch and have half process bills.. patients would finish quicker and all staff would go home sooner
