If you’re after traditional country music, Music City bar out by the oprey was the best place I went while in Nashville for vacation. Lots of touring musicians playing for tips and reasonable prices with ample parking. Way better then what was happening on Broadway.
A little tid-bit of info, The Broken Spoke Saloon was a pretty fun writers night gig back in the day on Trinity Lane. I was actually the first drummer they ever allowed to play in there. My very simple non flashy metronome style of playing convinced Lee to allow our band to say OK you can bring a trap kit in. I don't even know if the Broken Spoke is still around.
Good Call, Brad, a four days visit would be sufficient, couple of bars, check the food, the music and gear shops and taste some of the local food goodies, maybe a hotel right in the center so one can walk ?

I have played that spot before it is solid.

Don’t think it has been there for years.
Thanks for the suggestions I will try them next time I’m in town.
Let me know what you think!
Great video…can’t wait to check these places out …Thanks

That would work for lower broadway but you would need to uber to the guitar shops or rent a car.
@@badbrad Thanks 🤘🎸
I was hoping you would list Bourbon Street on this list. I love me some Stacy Mitchhart. He is a true entertainer and great friend.
Indeed
I worked at Roberts Western World for a couple years it was a time I’ll never forget! Must’ve made 1k of those bologna sandwiches
Yeah it is the best deal in town.
The Underdog in east Nashville is good as well.
Yes it is, but I’ve only been once.
