It's like sitting beside your best mate having a chat about fishing. Brilliant, load of advice and hot tips.
Brilliant tutorial. 👏🏼 🎣
Excellent information..... Thanks 👍
Growing up in Idaho we use to throw what was the equilivant of a quarter stick of dynamite in to irrigation canals. Yes fish do float.
I do struggle with accurate casting and all the things that you described is exactly what I am doing wrong. Thanks for the video I will work on what you have said and hopefully improve.
Thanks Nick, your video is great and very informative.
I've subscribed & I'm looking forward to watching more.🎣😎

Nicely explained Nick
1000% with you with the casting and the use of the low end of the rod
Cheers nick used this method on my local canal for bream worked a real treat I had them eating in my swim across the other side same time with the clip. I felt sorry for the guy next to me catching nothing all day
brilliant, super nick speed......number 1
Another great informative video Nick , casting ...... practice, practice, PRACTICE !!! If only I could do it like the pro's ?
Maurice Burnett you said it yourself Maurice. Practice. As Gary Player once said about being called a ‘lucky’ golfer. Yes he said, and the more I practice the luckier I seem to get.
Thanks for a clear, informative vid. It has really helped me. Steve.
thank you steve glad you liked it
Top man ... as always
speed masters are great rods
I don't understand the clipped up bit, how is fish going to be able to run if your clipped up?
love using meat on the feeder great video nick
Can you use this method for bream and skimmers instead of using a method. ?
Is the feeder sliding?
17:33, jheeez brought enough hooklengths? 😂
How do you target the same spot each cast
Superb as always Nick,KISS. Keep It Simple S##%@#
what kind a reel ???
What lb line is it, dia 22 ?? whats that in lb please
cheers
Rich T Hi Rich. Thanks for your question. It’s 4.4kg (9lb 7oz). Hope that helps.
happybob100100 Hi mono in 0.22 will be 8 lbs bs max and that is in fine top quality line. Preston’s 6 lbs feeder line is about 0.23 as is Drennan’s Method & Feeder mono. Supplex is 8 lbs bs. Preston’s Reflo Power is understated diameter by 0.02, which Preston admit. Don’t fall into the trap set by manufactures of believing exaggerated strength claims.
Yes thanks, I am old school I still go by lb line :-)
Rich
I have Preston sinking feeder mono on one of my reels which is 8lb and 0.26 diameter...seems stronger than 8lb.
cns180784 Hi well that sounds about correct bs and diameter. If I remember rightly Drennan Method &Feeder mono is very similar in diameter and bs.
Can someone please tell me how i put a pic on my channel please?
Name of the feeders Nick uses, please.
Toby Duke Feederland Feeders.
Thanks
Toby Duke I’m not sure where Nick gets them but I can ring him and find out if that helps?
That be great thanks a lot.
Good God!....Those swims look a BIT on the close side to one another!.
Why carp in keepnet ? Your not match fishing. Apart from that, good vid
👌🎣👍🇺🇦🤝
