All aboard!!! 🧑✈️ Let's take another bus ride on London's iconic double-decker bus 🅱️🚍🇬🇧.
Join me aboard one of London's night buses, Bus N207. The London Night Bus network is a series of night bus routes that serve Greater London. Services broadly operate between the hours of 23:00 and 06:00.
Bus N207 takes us from Uxbridge, one of London's westernmost district, to the heart of city, driving passing Oxford Street. Taking the bus early in the morning allows us to appreciate London in a calm, serene way, and when recorded during the golden hour, the city's beauty and splendour are revealed gradually before our eyes.

The best way to describe a city's character & charm is during the hours of dawn.
As rough of a city my town of Baltimore, Maryland is, hearing nothing but pure quietness and the sound of birds chirping with the sun peaking up is the best experience.

The exposure control in this video is excellent. Under the trees is dark, as it should be, the highlights are not blown out by out of control auto exposure. Well done.

@Sarjit Kaur. BUT you have the most delicious hawker, Nonya, curries, laksa, char kway teow, satay, roti chanai, etc and so easy to buy. Here in London, very difficult to get good hawker foods and very limited. BTW did you work in a hospital very many years ago, ?1970's, does the name Matthew Phong ring a bell, just that on the back of a photo was a similar name.

Minor point, you passed along the southern edge of Bloomsbury Square and terminated at Red Lion Square, but you say you terminated at Bloomsbury Square

Good idea to go at this time of day. Later in the morning, the traffic becomes so bad it feels like the bus is at a complete standstill most of the way. Perhaps I should try starting my commute at 4am, it looks a lot more pleasant. :-) Thanks for sharing.

Used to always take the 207 to uni. Had no idea how different the Night Bus route was. Swear the day bus stopped at shepherd's bush but the night bus is going to bayswater (one of my favourite towns in london). Can you do more N routes?

Many moons ago i worked for a while as the night porter at the Kensington Hilton. I would stand outside around the time you were passing on this bus and watch the world waking up. Used to enjoy the night shift bizarrely as people seemed to be nicer to each other in the wee small hours. I wonder if my contemporary does the same thing?

The route is very long. Apparently the driver, respectively, must have a long rest at the end stops?
I drive buses mostly during night shifts but I would say whenever I did overnight hours, I was less keen on having long layovers. I'd rather have it all during the first four hours and keep it moving on the tail end to head home.
Would be much quicker if not all roads are 20mph such as the one at 46:15

why do so many people park in the cycle / bus lanes? is that legal in uk?
2022 and they still havn't got smart traffic lights ! 8:16 one of many examples when the lights go red causing the bus to stop , but no traffic waiting to cross ... waisted time , deisel and break pads
Some people yet went towards the workplace... Some cabs and nothing else... No where for to have a coffee. Nice video and nice sun rise. In my countrie we are saying "es tan temprano que no están todavía puestas las calles" and can you translate like "it's so early that the streets are not set or not available..
