I completely agree with your comments. I found her video because I literally typed positive thoughts on nursing aa, because I’m thinking in to going for my aa in nursing. Mine too, but on Reddit. My experience with TH-cam nursing videos has been generally uplifting. I’m a second career nurse to be and seeing negative posts can really make me rethink my decision to change careers but I’m happy to see people talking positively and encouraging prospective nurses.

I'm one week in at my cna job in a facility. I'm totally new to nursing/medical field and just got my certification in July. I absolutely love being a cna and I know I want to become a nurse and I'm aiming to get into the lvn program within the next couple of years. Im 31. I know I don't want to be a cna forever, but I'm happy knowing there's soooo many other avenues besides bedside. I love taking care of people and I'm happy I chose this career path
CNA’s are like gold. Nurses cannot function without them. If I were you I’d go straight for RN. LPN’s are just as qualified as Registered Nurses, however RN’s get paid more and that definitely is frustrating for LPN’s, which I get. Just my advice and good luck. You’ll love nursing school.

It pisses me off when nurses don't utilize the benefits of the nursing schedule. Many complain about working 3 days n a row. I say do it @ least once a month & take mini vacays. Work Sun-Tue, then come back the following Thur-Sat. It will give u recovery time, time 2 play, time 2 & handle ur business. I think some nurses focus too much on the negative. I'm already scheming on how I'm going 2 kill 2023 & still take 8 weeks off. It makes the hard work worth it.
Yes I’m a CNA in nursing school and we do 3 12s too at my facility. Sometimes I would need extra money I’d work 5 or 6 12s in a row. That actually made me prefer 12s over 8s because of the free time. I can’t wait to graduate.
@@erinemm6 There was an uproar with the CNAs about going from 8hrs to 12 hrs @ my old facility 2 yrs ago. After a month or 2, they were so happy they had 4 days off. Some were upset about not getting 40 hrs. I'm like u can work 4 hrs extra somewhere & get that easily. If u pick up an xtra shift, u still have 3 days off.
I really love being a nurse... I love interaction with others who gave similiar goals and character every day... I love the science in my field (oncology) and so much of the knowledge I gain everyday... and nurses really do garnish so much respect in the community... we remain the most trusted profession.... and I really enjoy so many technical aspects of my job, which includes infusions and access devices and lab monitoring...there is truly something for everyone... stay in nursing...believe in nurses! this was a great video (again!!)
I avoid negative nursing videos at this point! I have a goal in mind and I have tunnel vision on it. I’m going to obtain my LPN first (because it’s free) then I’m definitely gonna bridge. I have interest in psych nursing and esthetic nursing but something keeps pulling me to L&D and becoming a NP or midwife.
That is why I made this video. It’s for the people that want to enter the profession. Nursing is recession proof and you will always find a way to make ends meet and more ❤️. Keep pushing.
Saw one of your videos randomgly the other day .. really enjoyed listening to your experience, but now all I see on my feed are videos about nurses popping up.. until a week ago it wasn't even a thing for me lol but to be honest, its not about nursing, but you.. so likeable and seem so passionate about your profession, admirable.
It's a totally different entity now! The nurses on the floor usually find me to chat ..talk shop..a minute whenever I'm admitted for a stay..when they learn I'm a retired professional nurse and nursing instructor. I am floored at the very lax..easy access process of entering the profession now..and nearly swallowed my thermometer when a young nurse stated they don't have to demonstrate actual proficiency in IV therapy..they practice on each other..etc. I've had very incompetent care in the ER..and on the floor by nurses who were half terrified of the responsibility given to them because they knew they were ill equipped..Ive had to explain certain medications to them..shut off my own IVS..and a number of other alarming things that shouldve never happened. There was a time that a dirty shoe lace would've gotten you sent home..but poor nursing care would've taken you off the floor completely. I feel for these young ladies and men ..because the profession has become an economically attractive industry ...but I feel even more compassion for the sick patients relying on them knowing... what they actually don't know because so much learning is online and not much practicum..there lives and well being is at stake. As students..we got yelled at..randomly challenged in learned skills and theory on the floor..and had to be signed off by drill sargent type instructors..and if you werent cleared..you repeated those courses again and again..but we were safely efficient and really good charge nurses and supervisors coming up through the ranks. Seeing patients who are injured or unalert with not one side rail up is awful but it is common...lawsuits and disasters wziting to happen. There are some who seen to be in the profession for all the correct reasons..but it's pretty scarey out there. To those of you who are passionate . .diligent..and empathetic...many blessings and productive hours of life crisis intervention to you. Praying for you all. That's right..I left the profession after my latter years of Mental Health service..for Ministry. They're not much different..theyre both love.😇
I was a RN nurse for 25 years and if I haven’t gotten sick I would had stay more years I always work In the ER loved it if I was born again I would be a nurse again

I love all of your videos.. what about CNA’s to RN’s sometimes it’s hard doing that’s.. when RN hear that u want to go to school or are in school.. they try to make things Harder or be so into everything. Or tell u how hard it is.. smh. My son is grown now and I would start and stop. But I will be starting soon .. I don’t think I will tell any of my coworkers just whom I need to give my schedule too.
Nursing has it’s good, and fulfilling sides for sure, and it’s can be very toxic and disheartening at times. That is just the reality of the field. Like with anything else You have to figure out how to navigate it and make it work for you. The money is good but never let it supersede your peace of mind or jeopardize what you worked hard to achieve, your license. ❤
Thinking about going back to nursing school after 20 yrs in the military. I hear the horror stories of more senior nurse bullies which leads to toxic learning environments for new nurses (we have that too in the military), high school gossiping bt nurses, & burnout due to hospital admin. I love patho, pharm, a&p, microbiology., etc, but don’t want to go back to a very very poor toxic environment where new folks are treated like dirt (instead of building up new folks to help propel their careers which helps ALL at the unit in the long run), can’t get hired bc of no experience (this is how I ended up in the military after already having a bachelors), working with women gossips (love being in a male dominated field..although that has its challenges as well). I watch this video, BUT what do you all think about pursuing this avenue after the military?
I agree with this whole video. Often times you have toxic and negative ass ppl talking down on nursing. Ppl are lazy and weak! You definitely see who's in this profession for the money when ur on the floor. Yes you see some burnt out, yes some patients and there families are rude but of u wanna make a move, u can make a move! 😅
Seriously, I just tune those negative videos out and hit the "do not recommend to me" button. If you are looking for a career that is perfect and without fault you will never be happy or find it. All professions deal with crap. Nursing is a flexible job with great income that provides. There are good days and bad days just like any other job. Plus, the ones who are complaining in these videos are earning money and not doing back breaking work like working in a ware house or working in a nursing home as a CNA with total care patients. There are worse jobs out there.
IMO the best part about being a nurse, besides being a nurse lol.... is the family time I can have. I can be PRN, part-time, full time and still get insurance for my family. Working less, making more, being home and still get benefits for my family.
Haha youtube has been really pushing why I quit nursing videos 😅 I do love a good storytime so I do find them entertaining, but it can be discouraging as a prospective student to literally never see many positive videos, so I really appreciate this🤗 I love that it's a career people really can move forward financially and get that freedom for their family. Let me tell you an experience I occurred last night shift, I am a Patient Care Technician ( which means I am a CNA and a Phlebotomist) I work in a top qualified trauma Emergency Department I had a new grad Nurse whom thought it was beneath him to preform an Enema on a patient, he claimed there was not a Fleet enema in the entire hospital so he could not give it. Now I was totally out of line but I had an outburst with this nurse and carried on like a fool. I raised my voice and was like are you serious we do not have a fleet enema in this entire hospital for you to give this patient an enema ? Well me stubborn that I am went and found cases of them and threw it at him. I said to him I would of given you more respect if you would of told us that you simply did not have to time to give it which by now has been 5 hours overdue. He said well my team leader said that was not important and can be pass to the next nurse. How in the world is that acceptable? There has to be some accountability for his and the team lead for this. Everyone this I am over acting. This is a prime example of neglect and everyone thinks is okay. This situation had me so upset and Thur truly believe it was okay to do that! Okay enough ranting for now. Any advice or have you every experience some nonsense like this?
Hi, you’re not overreacting, the enema should’ve been administered. A lot of nurses don’t like to get their hands dirty and that leads to poor patient outcomes. Kudos to you for standing up and shining light on something that happens quite often.

I watched the whole video and I agree with you. I'm still in it while being black listed and a long ligation process. But, you have to understand, not everybody can deal with working in a toxic environment; even yourself quit a job with an agency. The most important thing to know is your legal rights and the collective agreement. Yes, keep a journal of events. Second, nurses should keep changing jobs every two years or so. Keep learning. Third, nurses talk alot, so do not share your personal information at work to anyone. Fourth, nurses should have one friend on the unit that she can count on, avoid clicks. Fifth, be a team player. Trust me, these tips will help you stay and continue to grow on the profession. I still love working with people, despite the hostility I lived through. It's not the money, but the joy of loving your profession that really matters. I'm pioneering to make changes and to hold nurses accountable for their actions if harming another person's career. Its soo worth it. Good day
Considering nursing vs accounting. Its a tough pick. Both have great pros and their own cons. One thing I'm comparing is lifestyle/work life balance since job security/demand and good salary is similar. Accountants have a pretty nice lifestyle. Very clean. However during tax season it is like the superbowl and you will be working a lot a lot. No vacations during this time. Also theres not really flexible, variable shifts in accounting... The best you can find is the type of job with the standard 9-5. With nursing, how many jobs give you the ability to work 3, 12 hour shifts a week with a good salary?? Thats a steal. If I were to do nursing, I'd become an OR nurse since I wanted to be a surgical tech for a long time.

Hi Kendra! New to your channel. I am m a nurse myself and like hearing other nursing perspective on our profession. I am so glad you did this video to encourage our fellow nurses entering the profession. New nurses need to know the truth. I am often torn when giving advice to people asking me about my nursing career and if they should pursue one. I often come back and tell them yes that although it is very toxic and stressful there are many many opportunities to be gained from it. Security being one, versatility being the second. I never encourage people to go into it for the money, because a unhappy nurse who is there for the money only, is just not a good thing overall, speaking primary from the patient's point of view, but yes financial security is definitely a pro. I bought my first house at 33 by working nights and overtime that allowed me to clean up my credit and save up for a down payment for my 1st home which is now rental property!! So yes you're absolutely correct about financial security. I have worked at the bedside, behind the scenes, not at the bedside, from home, in a handsoff capacity and I realized in my role this year that the entire U.S. Healthcare system as a whole is toxic - which includes nursing. So i choose to work part time in a indirect care role, only two days a week, making a full-time salary as I pursue a career outside of nursing. So, this career can be leveraged to do whatever you want at the end of the day. The nurse calls the shots! Literally!

I have only worked on hospital setting. Right now I don’t want to leave hospital because of some major financial goals. But for the future I do want to try different things. Specially less stress.
I’ve always admired the profession of nursing and always follow nursing and other nurses however, I’m a little leery because I do know myself and I feel like they’d fired me because the moment they tell me that I can’t do anything extra for a patient or they try to tie my hands or they be bullies or racist towards me then I’m gonna flip on them thus making them want to fire me. 😅

Lol o don’t like Monday through Friday Jobs. I love my free time and wiggle room. ❤ And prn is the way to go. I work part time now because I want the good insurance. But once I get what I need out the insurance.I will be working prn. And I also did nursing for my future family,flexibility,higher education opportunities etc etc and I hope to do missionary one day. There is a lot of opportunities. I can even work on my own projects,business ideas and endeavors and use my nursing to help support those goals.

Nursing used to be a good profession if you listen to this lady she's only talking about the people that do the paperwork computer entry and Doctor talking RN is a good profession where they went wrong is what they wanted to be practitioners they're trying to be as close as they can to be a doctor they just ain't going to happen no matter what degree you get the pharmacy the doctor I'm not going to let you enter what they may once again this young lady did not mention the people that do the work the nurse's age LPN thank you so much I guess we're going to have a year or two or RN's cry but they brought it up on themselves thank you so much

Nursing is a noble career. Kendra your videos give negative feedback as well. Nursing IMO is not a long term career.. Nurses posting their experience while subjective is accurate. It's called balance. I'm starting to believe the Nursing community make videos for clout. Some will be titled I quit Nursing then when you get to the end of the video ,they are actually in another area of Nursing. Smh People do what you love. If you want to be a nurse go for it but have an exit plan.
Of course, I share my lived experiences, however I’m also aware that it can discourage those wanting to pursue the career. I don’t want them to miss out on an opportunity to better their lives, therefore I made this video.
Continue to share positive stories! I love working in healthcare, but I will not be caught up with the harmful and toxic behaviours of those who set those low standards. When I hear other people saying I'm just doing the basic at work....I'm a leader not a follower of bad traits. Blessing to the good ones in healthcare. Continue to be the positive leader you are. Yes,you can control your moneyflow,and schedule. Tapping into other businesses and limitless opportunities in the profession are big reason to get your basic R.N. I always recommend this to people who are doubtful about studying nursing. You can branch out infinitely.

Thank you for making this video! I'm a third year nursing student & I've left another comment on your video talking about how discouraged I can feel sometimes because having anxiety/depression and feeling like a burden in placements can be tough. I've considered dropping out many times despite the fact that I loved working at LTC as a PSW during the summers as a way to save up money. I loved interacting with my residents and giving them the care they deserve. I've asked myself many times "do I hate nursing?" or "do I just hate nursing SCHOOL?" and I think that it's definitely the second option. How can I hate a profession in which I can do whatever I like? Especially when I've loved aspects of it beforehand. I like how you mentioned the fact you can tap into other things as a nurse since many people I know have opened their own aesthetic clinics. And the fact that I control how much money I make. It feels secure and it feels good to be such a vital part of society. Great video as always(:

I am an RN and I have exited to watch my son for the past 3 years. I will not get back into nursing in a traditional sense ever again but I hope there will be something related in nursing for me in the future possibly.... Bedside nursing is just definitely not for me.... And a good number of nurses are bullies. Not all of them, but definitely a good number. If they're not a bully, many of them are bully supporters or shut their eyes to the truth. That's all I can say....I do think it is a good profession for the right person. Just not for me...

That’s why after a year of cvicu experience I got my ccrn and with a year and 4 months of experience got into crna school and start in may, I’m not sure how people do icu for 5+ years. Mostly how hospitals manage staffing and other things for nurses is what gets under my skin
Your content has really get me prepared for the future in this nursing profession. No doubt, nursing can be demanding and frustrating at some point based on my research so far but at the long run, it worth it if you are strategic and be able to plan your future. The flexible shift is top notch for me 😀 imagine having to work 36hours a week and I decide to take two days to run all those hours while the rest 5days is all for me to chill 😎 life is good! Monday to Friday work is not for me.
I've had an incredibly difficult time as a nurse so far. I've been a nurse for 3 years. There are definitely moments where I truly contemplated quitting. However I can't deny the job security, flexibility, and variety of specialties that nursing offers. Thank you for reminding me of the positives of this profession. It's very easy to remain focused on the negative. Hopefully I can find my way in this profession.

It's a totally different entity now! The nurses on the floor usually find me to chat ..talk shop..a minute whenever I'm admitted for a stay..when they learn I'm a retired professional nurse and nursing instructor. I am floored at the very lax..easy access process of entering the profession now..and nearly swallowed my thermometer when a young nurse stated they don't have to demonstrate actual proficiency in IV therapy..they practice on each other..etc. I've had very incompetent care in the ER..and on the floor by nurses who were half terrified of the responsibility given to them because they knew they were ill equipped..Ive had to explain certain medications to them..shut off my own IVS..and a number of other alarming things that shouldve never happened. There was a time that a dirty shoe lace would've gotten you sent home..but poor nursing care would've taken you off the floor completely. I feel for these young ladies and men
..because the profession has become an economically attractive industry ...but I feel even more compassion for the sick patients relying on them knowing... what they actually don't know because so much learning is online and not much practicum..there lives and well being is at stake. As students..we got yelled at..randomly challenged in learned skills and theory on the floor..and had to be signed off by drill sargent type instructors..and if you werent cleared..you repeated those courses again and again..but we were safely efficient and really good charge nurses and supervisors coming up through the ranks. Seeing patients who are injured or unalert with not one side rail up is awful but it is common...lawsuits and disasters wziting to happen. There are some who seen to be in the profession for all the correct reasons..but it's pretty scarey out there. To those of you who are passionate . .diligent..and empathetic...many blessings and productive hours of life crisis intervention to you. Praying for you all. That's right..I left the profession after my latter years of Mental Health service..for Ministry. They're not much different..theyre both love.😇

I love all of your videos.. what about CNA’s to RN’s sometimes it’s hard doing that’s.. when RN hear that u want to go to school or are in school.. they try to make things Harder or be so into everything. Or tell u how hard it is.. smh. My son is grown now and I would start and stop. But I will be starting soon .. I don’t think I will tell any of my coworkers just whom I need to give my schedule too.

Nursing has it’s good, and fulfilling sides for sure, and it’s can be very toxic and disheartening at times. That is just the reality of the field. Like with anything else You have to figure out how to navigate it and make it work for you. The money is good but never let it supersede your peace of mind or jeopardize what you worked hard to achieve, your license. ❤
Thinking about going back to nursing school after 20 yrs in the military.
I hear the horror stories of more senior nurse bullies which leads to toxic learning environments for new nurses (we have that too in the military), high school gossiping bt nurses, & burnout due to hospital admin.
I love patho, pharm, a&p, microbiology., etc, but don’t want to go back to a very very poor toxic environment where new folks are treated like dirt (instead of building up new folks to help propel their careers which helps ALL at the unit in the long run), can’t get hired bc of no experience (this is how I ended up in the military after already having a bachelors), working with women gossips (love being in a male dominated field..although that has its challenges as well).

I agree with this whole video. Often times you have toxic and negative ass ppl talking down on nursing. Ppl are lazy and weak! You definitely see who's in this profession for the money when ur on the floor. Yes you see some burnt out, yes some patients and there families are rude but of u wanna make a move, u can make a move! 😅
Seriously, I just tune those negative videos out and hit the "do not recommend to me" button. If you are looking for a career that is perfect and without fault you will never be happy or find it. All professions deal with crap. Nursing is a flexible job with great income that provides. There are good days and bad days just like any other job. Plus, the ones who are complaining in these videos are earning money and not doing back breaking work like working in a ware house or working in a nursing home as a CNA with total care patients. There are worse jobs out there.

IMO the best part about being a nurse, besides being a nurse lol.... is the family time I can have. I can be PRN, part-time, full time and still get insurance for my family. Working less, making more, being home and still get benefits for my family.

Let me tell you an experience I occurred last night shift, I am a Patient Care Technician ( which means I am a CNA and a Phlebotomist) I work in a top qualified trauma Emergency Department I had a new grad Nurse whom thought it was beneath him to preform an Enema on a patient, he claimed there was not a Fleet enema in the entire hospital so he could not give it. Now I was totally out of line but I had an outburst with this nurse and carried on like a fool. I raised my voice and was like are you serious we do not have a fleet enema in this entire hospital for you to give this patient an enema ? Well me stubborn that I am went and found cases of them and threw it at him. I said to him I would of given you more respect if you would of told us that you simply did not have to time to give it which by now has been 5 hours overdue. He said well my team leader said that was not important and can be pass to the next nurse. How in the world is that acceptable? There has to be some accountability for his and the team lead for this. Everyone this I am over acting. This is a prime example of neglect and everyone thinks is okay. This situation had me so upset and Thur truly believe it was okay to do that! Okay enough ranting for now. Any advice or have you every experience some nonsense like this?
Hi, you’re not overreacting, the enema should’ve been administered. A lot of nurses don’t like to get their hands dirty and that leads to poor patient outcomes. Kudos to you for standing up and shining light on something that happens quite often.

I watched the whole video and I agree with you. I'm still in it while being black listed and a long ligation process. But, you have to understand, not everybody can deal with working in a toxic environment; even yourself quit a job with an agency. The most important thing to know is your legal rights and the collective agreement. Yes, keep a journal of events. Second, nurses should keep changing jobs every two years or so. Keep learning. Third, nurses talk alot, so do not share your personal information at work to anyone. Fourth, nurses should have one friend on the unit that she can count on, avoid clicks. Fifth, be a team player. Trust me, these tips will help you stay and continue to grow on the profession. I still love working with people, despite the hostility I lived through. It's not the money, but the joy of loving your profession that really matters. I'm pioneering to make changes and to hold nurses accountable for their actions if harming another person's career. Its soo worth it. Good day

Considering nursing vs accounting. Its a tough pick. Both have great pros and their own cons. One thing I'm comparing is lifestyle/work life balance since job security/demand and good salary is similar. Accountants have a pretty nice lifestyle. Very clean. However during tax season it is like the superbowl and you will be working a lot a lot. No vacations during this time. Also theres not really flexible, variable shifts in accounting... The best you can find is the type of job with the standard 9-5.
With nursing, how many jobs give you the ability to work 3, 12 hour shifts a week with a good salary?? Thats a steal. If I were to do nursing, I'd become an OR nurse since I wanted to be a surgical tech for a long time.

Hi Kendra! New to your channel. I am m a nurse myself and like hearing other nursing perspective on our profession. I am so glad you did this video to encourage our fellow nurses entering the profession. New nurses need to know the truth. I am often torn when giving advice to people asking me about my nursing career and if they should pursue one. I often come back and tell them yes that although it is very toxic and stressful there are many many opportunities to be gained from it. Security being one, versatility being the second. I never encourage people to go into it for the money, because a unhappy nurse who is there for the money only, is just not a good thing overall, speaking primary from the patient's point of view, but yes financial security is definitely a pro. I bought my first house at 33 by working nights and overtime that allowed me to clean up my credit and save up for a down payment for my 1st home which is now rental property!! So yes you're absolutely correct about financial security. I have worked at the bedside, behind the scenes, not at the bedside, from home, in a handsoff capacity and I realized in my role this year that the entire U.S. Healthcare system as a whole is toxic - which includes nursing. So i choose to work part time in a indirect care role, only two days a week, making a full-time salary as I pursue a career outside of nursing. So, this career can be leveraged to do whatever you want at the end of the day. The nurse calls the shots! Literally!

I have only worked on hospital setting. Right now I don’t want to leave hospital because of some major financial goals. But for the future I do want to try different things. Specially less stress.
I’ve always admired the profession of nursing and always follow nursing and other nurses however, I’m a little leery because I do know myself and I feel like they’d fired me because the moment they tell me that I can’t do anything extra for a patient or they try to tie my hands or they be bullies or racist towards me then I’m gonna flip on them thus making them want to fire me. 😅

And prn is the way to go. I work part time now because I want the good insurance. But once I get what I need out the insurance.I will be working prn. And I also did nursing for my future family,flexibility,higher education opportunities etc etc and I hope to do missionary one day. There is a lot of opportunities. I can even work on my own projects,business ideas and endeavors and use my nursing to help support those goals.

Yes,you can control your moneyflow,and schedule. Tapping into other businesses and limitless opportunities in the profession are big reason to get your basic R.N. I always recommend this to people who are doubtful about studying nursing. You can branch out infinitely.

I'm a third year nursing student & I've left another comment on your video talking about how discouraged I can feel sometimes because having anxiety/depression and feeling like a burden in placements can be tough. I've considered dropping out many times despite the fact that I loved working at LTC as a PSW during the summers as a way to save up money. I loved interacting with my residents and giving them the care they deserve. I've asked myself many times "do I hate nursing?" or "do I just hate nursing SCHOOL?" and I think that it's definitely the second option. How can I hate a profession in which I can do whatever I like? Especially when I've loved aspects of it beforehand. I like how you mentioned the fact you can tap into other things as a nurse since many people I know have opened their own aesthetic clinics. And the fact that I control how much money I make. It feels secure and it feels good to be such a vital part of society. Great video as always(:

I am an RN and I have exited to watch my son for the past 3 years. I will not get back into nursing in a traditional sense ever again but I hope there will be something related in nursing for me in the future possibly....
Bedside nursing is just definitely not for me.... And a good number of nurses are bullies. Not all of them, but definitely a good number. If they're not a bully, many of them are bully supporters or shut their eyes to the truth.
That's all I can say....I do think it is a good profession for the right person. Just not for me...

That’s why after a year of cvicu experience I got my ccrn and with a year and 4 months of experience got into crna school and start in may, I’m not sure how people do icu for 5+ years. Mostly how hospitals manage staffing and other things for nurses is what gets under my skin
Your content has really get me prepared for the future in this nursing profession. No doubt, nursing can be demanding and frustrating at some point based on my research so far but at the long run, it worth it if you are strategic and be able to plan your future.
The flexible shift is top notch for me 😀 imagine having to work 36hours a week and I decide to take two days to run all those hours while the rest 5days is all for me to chill 😎 life is good!

I've had an incredibly difficult time as a nurse so far. I've been a nurse for 3 years. There are definitely moments where I truly contemplated quitting. However I can't deny the job security, flexibility, and variety of specialties that nursing offers. Thank you for reminding me of the positives of this profession. It's very easy to remain focused on the negative. Hopefully I can find my way in this profession.
