Im so grateful. I moved to a new home and had the worst handover you can think of. The previous owner has no clue about any gadgets. my daughters bathroom has this on the wall and on for 26c all day every for the last 4 weeks and I worried about the electricity bill!!! I didn’t know you can open the side panel. All I can see the the screen and no other buttons!!! Now I can program the way it fits our schedule… thank you so much…thank you so much!!!!
Thank you for the simplicity of this video. The booklet that came with mine does not explain it in this much detail and I've been having a hard time trying to remember how I programmed it, 6 years ago!
This is the most helpful vid I'd viewed today, I setup a floor radiant heater at the apt building lobby, only want 2 time events day and night. Also I want to change the default Sun and Moon temperature, I am gonna do it tomorrow. Thank you a lot

I just bought a new house and it has a similar model thermostat - NT5. It worked once, now all of the buttons won't do anything. It's like it's locked out. The only thing that works is the test button and the on/off switch. Do you know how I might fix it?

Hi Carolyn, we only specialize in electric radiant heating, not hydronic. The controls are likely very different since hydronic has a more complicated system than electric. I'd recommend looking at the manufacturer name on the thermostat and going to their website. This model in the video is an older one that we no longer offer, we just provide support for it in case customers are still using it. But if it stops working and is at least 5 years old, we often recommend a replacement since current models have better settings.

The wires from the breaker box are may be on the LOAD wires and the wires from the floor are may be attached to the INPUT wires. In essence the thermostat is wired backwards, 2. The POWER switch (behind the left door) is may be set to OFF, 3. The circuit breaker may be turned off or tripped, or if it is a GFCI breaker (which it shouldn't be because the GFCI protection is provided by the thermostat, and there shouldn't be 2 GFCI devices on the same circuit). Try resetting the breaker. Our hydro went off and we don't know how to reprogram our thermostat. We have it set the same for the whole 24 hours. How do we do that?
