I accomplish the same using a seat clamped to jaw, trigger zone to seat player, trigger zone to start attack animation with sound and delay chip to send to spawn point after 3 seconds. Why are all these chips necessary?
no this one isn't 1. at the time i was making this respawn was still beta (latest update just now out of beta) but also 2. everyone's monster will move different
Yes unfortunately all the cv1 is now called legacy and cv2 is just normal not labeled i understand why that did it just wish it was told better to people

Ohhh we just figured this out the other day, so you use a door to jump subrooms just look ip door in the maker pen, might have to do a video, there is a setting or one of thw connections that you can hook a cv1 trigger colume to so when it touchs people they get sent to a room, as for the seating. Get an event reciever and aet it to room loaded, then get a get local player chip,hook both to the seat inputs and it should work, this is only for 1 player
@@theRCLman how would you do it for 4 players? right now im testing a cv2 trigger volume connected to 4 seats in a car. ive only tested on myself and i always land in the 3rd seat as long as the car isnt moving so i had to add 10 seconds to the animation with the car not in motion figuring ill have to use the fog trick to hide whats really going on. the only problem is any late spawners wont make it into the car. Ive barely started learning cv2 and was hoping there was a better set up.
Is there a way to make it so multiple people can be junpscared at the same time except they can all see the animation from the beginning instead of spawning where another player is in the anim?

Change the blue number on the vector gadget chip, only change it a little bit at a time so you can get the right speed, if you set to 1 it will be way to fast
This helps a lot I'm making a game on recroom called Forest fear it is still in progress but I suck at making it and I need help and I got a team but they don't really do the configuration or wiring but it's going good and this helps
Instead of using a button to change the "Lock players in" input from false to true, you should use a "Update 30hz" chip so it happens as soon as the server starts instead of having to place the button every time a new server is created.
configure it and there is a setting to make it only visible when circuits are visible maybe not those exact words but its similar then open tools on maker pen and then go to maker pen and unsee circuits, top right of tools, it should be invisible if you drop maker pen now

OK can someone explain to me what’s going on I was building a five nights at Freddy’s game and then when I was trying to animate something the animation gizmo wasn’t working it was just selecting the object nothing else and when I tried to edit the animation gizmo my pallet didn’t even show up right edit my animations and it doesn’t even work for any of my games this glitch is super annoying and I need someone to fix it because no one else has had this problem except for me my animation gizmos literally not working for any of my games

i looked everywhere and for everything you said and i rewired everything and the tags i named different and matched but it still gives me an error and says “unsupported operation” and doesn’t do anything. if there’s nothing you can do i’ll be satisfied with what i have and thanks anyway.👍

U can use another seat for respawning the player as well (which is a technique i use most of the time)

This is the best tutorial out there although there’s on problem, rec room changes ALL the time so the cv1 trigger volume is now the cv2

I don't think so. If i understand correctly, you set the animation to stop at start and its the same length as the delay

How do I attach trigger volume to the monster?
Use a cv1 clamp, connect the monster to the black part and the trigger volume to the gold pin on the top

Don't have a tutorial on it but you are gonna attach a seat to the monster and when they are caught put them in the seat and do thw kill animation
