This number is respected of Haitian revolution commander TOUSSAIT. also most aggressive instrumental number of SANTANA. This Performance at the OSAKA (another day of LOUTAS) actually ! miracle live recording sounds. That was golden pyramids ! ! !
Lotus changed my life. I swear that's true. In fact, it was when a friends big brother played this very song on Lotus. My life changed direction 45 years ago and it still going strong. BTW, Carlos's guitar playing on Lotus is some, if not, the greatest live electric guitar ever recorded. Great band BTW.
This is the hottest piece of music 🎶 in its genre to ever be written and played (!) Latin jazz blues rock at it's best! Smokin' Flying through the universe ✨ with so much love and passion 💕 Bless you Santana. 🕉
Armando Peraza on congas, Doug Rauch on bass, Richard Kermode on Fender Rhodes piano, Tom Coster on organ, Jose "Chepito" Areas on timbales, Michael Shreve on drums, In addition to Carlos Santana on guitar and Leon Thomas on vocals...
Messy. Either the audio and video work was subpar, or the mucisian ensemble was not tight. Nowhere near other renditions, much less the Santana 3 album. The audience didn't even realize when the song was over!
この曲、何故か日本語で「祭典」と呼ばれてます🎉🎉
This is how I remember the Santana Band. Carlos was the greatest! So much energy! The best musicians! You had to be there to understand.
Was???? He is still alive
I was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Lotus Album is still my all time favourite . To me the band never sounded better.
This is the Carlos I always want to remember. So blessed to have seen this lineup live during an amazing era of music.

The spirit was strong in him. Still is.
It's so hot 🔥 how he plays Neal Schon's part from the record.
Carlos is Supreme! 🕉
The Lotus album is one of a kind , the music will put u in another realm. Lotus does not get the recognition it deserves
The " Welcome" album is another master piece!

The great Santana before he started wearing hats and chewing gum .
Welcome,
Borboletta,Caravanserai and Lotus were in my view Santana at his peak.

Pour moi le meilleur album de Santana et que de souvenirs
Amazing, absolutely amazing.
The Lotus Album concert....This compared to today's music and musicianship is sad to think about.
Some very rare people have another level playing! Viva Carlos.

Definitely an issue with the source, the performance is mindblowing on the Lotus album
