My brother played these kinds of ballads. I think Marvin Gaye produced this piece. You can hear the instrumentation echoing through this. Simply beautiful. I wish there was an instrumental to this. I would sing this all the time. I was about 10 years old with a big afro.

I have never heard this version before. This is such a beautiful beautiful song that it just makes me teary eyed because it’s so beautiful!!! I still have my original vinyl Renaissance album and later on I bought a CD version. I just love the artwork and how they looked I would just look at them and admire the artwork on the album so much when I was a teen.I wish this version was on it.
