So interesting listening to you both chat. I've spent my whole life with various different illnesses and you do learn to take it in your stride. But also every new symptom makes you think what's this now. Take care gorgeous ladies xx

lynnjmellon Thank you Lynn - we seriously kept forgetting ... it became crazy!!! Take care of yourself - meditation & Reiki for more peace & calm for myself have truly transformed my approach and mindset to having the disease... and again, diet seems so key xx

I suffer from CSF leaks, initially after spinal surgery but I’ve had 3 since, spontaneously. This New Year, I went for 6 weeks with a leak and low pressure head because it didn’t show on the scan, as is common, before they did the Epidural Blood Patch to correct it. Ooft. We do go through some shit, don’t we?! xx

Hi Lucy - apologies - I hadn't seen you comment until TODAY! There really is so much crap out there! I seem to eating a delicious amount of sugar this week which is having a dire effect! (must try harder - had been SO good) Are these leaks ongoing? Sounds hideous for you xx Promise to look out for comments better! xx Jo

JO GB I seem to be ok after the last leak but no one can tell me if I’m likely to get another one or not. You feel like a ticking time bomb! Anyway, thank you for your reply! You come across as an absolutely lovely, kind person and I really do enjoy your videos! Lots of love, Lucy xx
