Yaani this house is still on the market? First saw it 3 yrs ago priced at Ksh 31 Mn. It's still over priced IMO. Especially since you have to spend more cash to secure those massive doors and windows, ata kama iko "Runda ya Kite".

the lot space is amazing, the look and feel of the arch design awesome, on the interiors space planning not so much, why squeeze up the spaces like the entry way and leave wrap-around lawns, they missed out on capitalizing on elegant interior spaces... love the touch of wood like the window sills its refreshing in a modern style house. The lack of a separate guest loo...tricky. Like one of your subscribers said down there ,what this development lacked was a good Interior designer. It is a beautiful house( dont get me wrong) but not for that price point.
the house 10/10, space imetumika vizuri....apart from one thing! io master bedroom, it can be easily exchanged with one of the kids room(hii si compliment😅), hata kabathtub ka kutufunga macho hakuna!😂
For 28M, the Greek in me will be very fair today. What is WOW in this house? The land use is not wow, sq seems to have been an afterthought, you cannot walk round your house, tanks location. That rooftop area, notable wear already... 28M should get a Wow deal.
28M and the roof deck has cracked floor tiles, showing water seepage beneath the tiles and the subpar city-condo floor plan with rusty wall paint falling off the exterior walls. Finishing touches are okay. At least developer implemented real floor baseboards instead of using tiles. Bathroom vanities are hilariously tall.
This house has been on sale for sometime now interesting how poorly structural work was done . Hope they fixed the mess at the roof and the plumbing work 🤪
