Actually，Chinease calendar is lunisolar calendar. Chinease calendar introduces leap month and twenty four solar terms to instruct agriculture. It is totally different from the pure lunar calendar.

I am so sorry to tell that Lunar New Year is so different from Chinese New Year.
It is two different calculations.
If you use Lunar calculation,New Year can be celebrated in summer. It is amazing but TRUE.
However, it only can be celebrated in winter if you admit the calculation ofChinese New Year.
