- I have been lucky enough to receive some of the newest releases from the Dina Wakley MEdia line for creativation 2020 to play with - and oh boy, have I been playing!!! There are 12 videos of art journal projects I have created with these projects lined up for you in the Dina 2020 playlist. So without further ado - feast your eyes on the following amazing new products - gloss acrylic spray paints, a new journal with 3 substrates (denim, thick cotton rag and hessian) plus some new stamps. I hope you enjoy these projects as much as I have making them.

Your enthusiasm is contagious! As I watched I couldn’t help but think, “Just as collectors vie for masterpieces from artists of the past, what if the future brings collectors of these wonderful journals?” I would think your journals would be near or at the top of the list. I was also struck by how your style and approach has so much variation within it as you flipped through the pages. I know I’m late to the party seeing this video - it stands the test of time! Wow!!! Thanks for sharing your lovely flip-through! I have a black Dina journal that I've stalled out on, and watching this has me heading straight for my art studio to pick it back up! I have been stymied by the burlap, too, and never occurred to me to put some tissue over it to make it less floppy and change up the look. :) I've been struggling with this quarantine, some days more, some days less, and I'm so grateful when fellow artists inspire me so. :)

I just love all your pages and watching how much fun you're having with this new release, and of course I'm salivating over these new products plus wanting to get my hands on Dina's tissue papers after seeing how you've used them with the sprays. I have to say my favorite is the double page spread "I spill. I make my marks." and I can't wait for the video of that one to be published! Love your work, Niamh, thank you so much for sharing your joy!

Love the variety of the work in this journal, Naimh. Love the new colors you've incorporated- especially the orange and yellows. Also, the "white space" is GREAT (even if it's blue space).
Hope your air quality isn't terrible. We are so worried about our Aussie friends

You had me sold on the journal in the first video -- I literally gasped out loud when I saw the denim! But now, wow. Can't wait to go through your videos to try some of these techniques once these journals are available.

So obviously, like everyone else, I NEED THIS BOOK AND THE SPRAYS AND THE STENCILS!!! You've done an amazing job (how can you be so prolific with young children? You're obviously far more organised than I ever was 😂) I love the Strong Men stencil and I suspect she's done this because she has three sons. I have three sons too, so obviously that's a sign I'm meant to have this new stuff. Did you have any bleed through from the denim onto other pages? Thanks once again, Niamh, and apologies for the long message.
Yup you really do- it’s awesome:) lol there is no bleed through the denim with either the paint or spray. It’s perfect!
I have gone to the playlist on the link, there are 3 videos, which I’ve seen, the rest of the videos are private. Is this correct?
I did the same thing maybe they will release them soon hope so I can't wait the see the playlist...
Hi, I did the same. I wonder why the videos are marked as private? Perhaps the setting needs to be changed? I really wanted to watch the creation of the other pages in the journal. 🤔
Thank you for checking out the playlist- at the moment one video is being released each day until the end of January 2020- so will remain private until scheduled. But once they are all released- they will be in the playlist together to review.
They rest of the pages are going to be released one day at a time until the end of January - if you check back each day you’ll find a new surprise :)

Love seeing your journal. Would you please tell us what the gold text is created with on the first journal page? Wow is that a great gold!!
Thank you- the gold is a gold texture paste from creative expressions, but it is a close match for the crafters workshop gold texture paste

Colleen Switzer I used a sharp craft knife- just make sure you have good blades. I only had to change it once though
