This is actually still the Weekend. I just used a pitch modifier to raise the pitch of his voice to make it sound more feminine. Glad you think it sounds like someone else though!

Correct. It just so happens that he sings high enough already, and by raising his pitch even more, the Weeknd does in fact sound like a female singer.
