Adding vitamine b5 helps against the breakout. When taking biotin there is a imbalance between b5 and biotin that's what causes the breakout.
I’ll heard this but haven’t tried it yet. I’ll have to give this a try and see if it reduces breakouts. Thanks love ❤️

Over time yes the trick is to find a serum that keeps hair lenght after usage has stop
Have you tried putting it in hot chocolate or in squash? I mix MSM powder, vit c and collagen powder with hot squash.
When I ordered it there was floating particles and I’m scared to take it as I’m not sure if it's supposed to be like that. It doesn’t look Spoiled

Kimberly Brown you may be fine ... it varies from person to person but just keep up with your water intake because if you slip with that regardless of the amount you’ll likely experience side effects. Let me know how it goes at 20k!
