At first, I thought the stand is not rotatable because even I used force to rotate, it did not rotate. After seeing this video, I realised that it is retateable. So, I used clothes and used so much force while rotating. Finally, I can rotate it. It can rotate. Just very Very hard. So use clothes as a shield and rotate it.

The volta is designed to rotate. I suggest to check with the shop where you purchased it.
