@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato I thank you Sir, your treasure basket of food preservation videos are so unselfish, I think you are living God`s wishes by teaching us all. Using simple tools, amazing Italian heritage and lots of love.
So talking about the new normal ( I hate that idea) Your devotion leads me think I need to pre-plan and to stock up a pantry to help my family and friends in our crazy future. Your meat preservation is one we should all look at. I thank you again.

In North America I have seen it along the railway . No one touches it anyway .... the majority does not know what it is. The home brewers prefer to pay 8-9 USD for 60 gr (or maybe they buy it by lb for 30 USD) on Amazon. I appreciate your efforts to teach "old crafts".

Hello.. about hops, you found two types of hops, but there is female tree and male tree, and the flower's is different between the two tree, the long one is the female tree and it's the best for beer but small and large flower is the male and we don't use it for beer because it haven't the strong smell and the soul for preparing beer, I read that in a book.. and thanks ✌️🙏🤪

@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato so don't forget please, for the beer we use female flower wich has the long conical shape, and because its nactar, so never use the male flower in the future.. and thanks for your videos, they will help me to make my drinks in the future..

*Can yeast multiply in sugar water? Also, how do i dry and collect the yeast? I have access only to kitchen materials. I cant shop online either. Someone in the comments pls help me. Thanks.*
Also hops dont exist where i live so what is a good substitute for hops which will make the beer bitter???
