I think TH-camrs should stop making videos like this … when Trump comes in Jan 2025 and talks about it , then it is better to make videos about what happens next. The moment you login to TH-cam its just filled with videos this way and this is causing a lot of anxiety and panic among people. Trump has a lot more pressing issues to deal with. Then why see the news. Anyways Trump can revoke EAD , bring changes in citizenship process but that is not something which can happen immediately and ofcourse there will be lawsuits. I think there needs to be a through investigation of IT sweatshops. We need high skilled immigrants. Not low quality visa violators. Only Trump can clean up the legal immigration process.

So hiring H1B AND EAD itself is like actions speak louder than words….employers hire capable ones as they see profit and who is profitable. Can the new administration rescind any of those Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) statuses or Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) based on their interpretation of how visa numbers should be utilized or their overall interpretation of EB2-EB3 interoperability. If you can shed light that would be great
