I don't think they ever get anywhere near the asking price. I think people know that going in. It starts at $200k "no low ball offers , I know what I've got, firm". 6 months later it's $150k and they end up taking $130k for it. It's a strange market.
That boat needs large full keel & mast . It could be convert to main & foresail design but some alteration needed. Heavy ballast feel. I wonder how she would perform that way. Single engine design better than twin. One 280_ 300 hp be just right. Less speed but more comfortable & fuel efficiency. Nice coastal passage maker. But pricey boat .
I have recently started my search for a liveaboard boat. From some of the searches I've done Menorquin's are some of the most overpriced boats I've seen. Given it's condition this one is overpriced.

I could absolutely live on that! Right now I am on a 21 foot Stamas walk around converted to a cruiser.
I grew up with a 21' stamas cuddy cabin. It was a solid little boat.
