      @fish98ful I wouldn't mind having a distance tracker either. The pace is honest and if it went another 6 mins maybe we could hit a 4 mile 30.

    I found this channel at some point last year and laughed at myself for even finding it-no go at the time. A year and nine 5ks later, I found you again. Not only that but I started this up, and by the time you were base pacing us for the second time saying no more walking intervals...I almost left again but something in me said, "Let's just see how far I can get." By the near end I was telling myself, "I did it all I'm just not feeling spicy" but once you said let's go, I had to "try the spice" and I DID IT!!! Thank You, Jesus for bringing me this far!! I'm wondering now about a half marathon in my 40 year old future. I was working (with my shorty legs) at a 3.3 walk, 4.6 base pace, 5.3 push, and 6 all out. At times I almost felt slightly out of body and kept saying in my head at the end, "I don't know how this is happening!"

    I literally sat on my couch and watched all 20 minutes of your run 😂Made me wish I had a treadmill or it wasn't windy and pouring rain out today. I am looking forward to following along next time I do have access to a treadmill or maybe I'll keep you in my ear on an outside run! Music choices were great btw!

    Hi Erin, I am doing this one every day and it has done wonders. I’ve lost 4 kgs combining this with intermittent fasting and my stamina has gotten really good too. You really need to make more of these ❤

    It is definitely a great buy within budget.Easy to move around and really fits the need well.Can hop on to it for a quick walk and keeps us going even when the weather is bad.

    Thank you. I’m 55 and not a runner but I do workout. I tried this today and can honestly say I kept up fairly well. My speeds were definitely slower than yours though!! Anyway, I wouldn’t have been able to do this on my own, so thank you.

      Well! This was written on 8 august. 8 Sept - I did this workout! And was way better than before! I finished it without pain. Maybe the last bit was mental. So final push pace I did walking recovery before I went in to final all out. Rest, we did it!!!

    I did this with the stairs. Ofcourse after third round I ran around the living room for base pace. I couldn’t continue the stairs the last push and all out. I am sweating!

    So I did this and almost thought I was going to die but feel good because I got through it even though I had to slow things down but I added this to my seconds app before I left so I can listen to my music plus I thought I pressed the timer with the walking recovery in it lol
