- Easy goan style Alsande ros/alsande tonak.Alsande(kidney beans) Ros is a coconut base curry which can be had with pao/pav,rice and chapati.These beans are cultivated in goa on a large scale and harvested during the summer season which best when prepared during monsoon though can be prepared anytime of year.This Goan style Alsyanche Ros is really delicious hence sharing the recipe of Alsande Ros.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Alsande
3/4 cup grated coconut
1inch ginger
2 green chilli
1 onion(large)
1 potato
1inch palm jaggery
salt
coriander leaves
curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric/haldi powder
1tsp garam masala powder
