Are you guys dumb? They launched it as a different variant of himalayan and they call it himalayan scram 411 and not just scram 411.
The purpose of this new design is to make it looks good and also makes it accessible to beginners due to more comfortable handling
This bike is slowly growing on me. At first I didn't see its point, but I feel this would be a great choice for an urban or commuter version of the Himalayan for riders who are not looking to go off road. I'm still not sold on the little bumps flanking the tank, and I wish Royal Enfield would write its brand name on the tank sides, but overall this looks good.

Nice twist on the Himalayan, more accessible for shorter riders. BUT.
Not enough weight loss, considering smaller wheel, no screen, less instrumentation (no misleading compass etc), no rack, no front rails, no centrestand and the rest this should have been substantially lighter.
For existing Himalayan owners, not really very interesting. For people considering a Himalayan, this may well be a better option, depending on price (especially since it basically is a parts bin stripped down Himalayan)

Hey RE, Why is the silencer in Scram looks like one replaced from 3/4 year old bike instead of a proper new one in most of the reviews. It seems the silencer is aging quite faster, which is not good.

Himalayan Still more my style, I prefer The more rustic look of Himalayan, but its Nice to have more models and Options, I am looking forward to see Himalayan 450 looks, and I Hope I can still get the Old looks too or The 411 Himalayan after 450 is launched

Should I upgrade my 2021 Himalayan with Scram ? My hand literally aches as I have to use clutch quite frequently on urban roads. Otherwise, It's always fun to ride Himalayan.

Royal Enfield should improve their sales as well as after sales services, the dealers are so rude and unprofessional, this really refrains me from trusting the brand, in fact I booked a RE Meteor 350 Fireball yellow back in May 2022, which has not been delivered till October, and this month is also almost ending...

I want to like this bike, but I just don't get that wow factor. I love the idea of a retro / classic style scrambler, but this doesn't stand out to me yet. The dual seat, the odd shaped "thingy" sticking out by the tank. It just doesn't have that Steve McQueen cool factor. They've rehashed a utility bike, they haven't created a scrambler. Also the logo on the red & white one is rubbish. It looks like an RO not RE.

The bike's not as good as the ad. We need a 650 engine Himalayan/scram not another iteration of the Himalayan. When are you going to give us that? I've already sold my Himalayan.
Instrument cluster doesn't look good at all... Keeping it symmitrical looks much better ( like interceptor 650)
Comparing to Himalayan 411, the bike doesn't justice the price its onroad price should have kept between 2 lakh to 2.10 lakh

TBH yezdi Scrambler is far better in design and power. My first preference will still be yezdi.
The Yezdi Scrambler is just a cheap looking Ducati copy. While the Scram 411 may not be to everyone's taste at least Royal Enfeild bothered to design their own bike and not just copy others

RE Scram 411 is more refined than yezdi scrambler also more better in offroading.

Read Before Buying.
I have Himalayan BS6. In the span of Two years I had to change 1) speedometer 2) Chain 3) Front Shocker oilseal 4) Handle bar Cone set and Now my bike is Down With 5) Engine HEAD AND VALVE PROBLEM! Can you imagine two years old bike with not more than 15000km Run worth 2.5 lac developed serious engine problem! I'd recommend not to waste 2.5/7 lac on buying garbage.
Soon I'll shoot video in service centre about this problem and upload on different sites.
Seriously regretting my decision to buy Himalayan. Will make others aware about the poor built quality of bike.

RE has poor service centre at Itanagar, even they can't fixed the abs issues in my Thunderbird 350x. Staffs not that qualified & very bad responses.
