Pantawid Pasada Program

A quick walkthrough to show how public utility jeepney drivers can claim their free Landbank debit card with P5,000 under the Pantawid Pasada Program.
The card is only to be used at accredited Petrolium Retail Outlets, such as Petron, Shell, Caltex, Phoenix, Total, Unioil.

Step 1 - Look for your name and plate number on the appropriate list (per region) via ltfrb.gov.ph/index.…/…/08/23/p...
If your name and plate number are included in the list, proceed to your nearest LTFRB office.
For those registered under Central Office or NCR, proceed directly to LTO main office, East Avenue, Quezon City.
If your name is not on the list, you should not go to the LTFRB office because they will be unable to help you. You wil be included in a future batch.

Step 2 - Complete a 'Deed of undertaking for eligible PUJ operators' and submit it with your ID, photocopy of ID and a 1x1 photo.

Step 3 - Once your deed and ID have been verified, you'll be pointed in the direction of nearby Landbank officials that will ask you to sign a claim form before giving you your card.

Step 4 - Activate the card via a Landbank ATM

Take your card to any accredited Petrolium Retail Outlets which display a 'Pantawid Pasada Card' signage and refuel your franchised vehicle.
