Does Punitive vs Restorative justice address the issue of the individuals/victims that have been harmed at the hands of these individuals?

Victims must be a part of the process. Speaking as a victim I’m more at peace that the person that harmed me receives support in living a life of restoration then being on the receiving end of my vengeance. There is no peace in retribution

Restorative Justice was never tested before being released in schools. It never had a pilot program to see if it worked. In fact, when it came out, I asked this of the developers and they had no data on its effectiveness.
I used it for 2 years and found it failed to restore anything. In fact, I saw it encouraged those behaviors after the initial start of the program.
Within 90 days or less the behaviors emerged just as bad or worse in some cases.
It's a dangerous program that puts students at risk for someone's profit.
Another thing. They were so desperate to push this program on us that when the data came out, it was suspiciously different from the facts.
