How to reset oil change light on a 2004 Ford Explorer 4.0L V6 message center

Hi everybody, and welcome to my "stevenofpa" TH-cam Channel!
This video shows you what it's like to see the dashboard of this car and see how the change oil message is reset by using the buttons on the dashboard. Sorry that the procedure is messed up during the video, but maybe there was a problem and that's why it had to be done two times? who knows, but the warning message should have been cleared during the first button press, however it had to be done twice to make it work. oh well, at least the message has gone away. cool!

l have a 2004 explorer but neither buttons work would like to know is it a blown fuse or a wiring short thanks.

I have a 2003 Ford expedition and the message center says check fuel cap I replaced the fuel cap still the same thing can that be reset?
