Hey friend, you are mistaken. I just saw them in concert and herb told the story about how He wrote “wait a minute”, actually he’s an unsung hero in the songwriting realm. He’s written a ton of great tunes that he doesn’t get much credit for.
I was in LA at used to hang out with Fred Walecki at Westwood Music, where Herb gave lessons. Westwood Music was often frequented by the top talents in LA. THE quality place to go to go. Herb was always such a nice fellow. Completely unaffected
You bet! Herb really is one of the "unsung heroes" of Bluegrass/rock/country. One of my very favorites. Gracious, understated superstar...IMHO.
