CG: Palpatine and several Sith Empire characters are not interacting with Rey the way we intended, Rey now gains damage immunity for one turn whenever she gains shock or fear.

Considering the fame of Vader and palpatine in movie history, CG does not do any justice to them at all. The dark lords of the sith will lose to fricking old republic teams in the current state of things. What we really require is an OP Vader or palpatine. All hail the Empire !!!!

Whilst I do agree that Vader should definitely be more important in the game, Malak and Revan were both sith lords so there's no reason they couldn't beat Palp and Vader if their paths had crossed.

plutonian_might maybe palp with how op he was in the last movie but I barely know about the old lore and Im pretty sure revan is destroying Vader. Don’t even bring nihilus into the picture either cause hell just destroy everything
By old republic, I meant a Carth onasi team. Vader needs to be atleast in the Revan and malak bracket. Palp is viable only because of the counter against Rey. They deserve to be GLs instead of Rey and Kylo

@@LoN3wOlF5tudi0s They also do it when it affects the galactic republic. Hux's zeta used to be an amazing tool in allowing darth revan to counter GAS so CG just made it so Hux's zeta only worked if the whole team was first order.
@@charliesteele1893 only makes sense, though, considering Hux was only viable to the First Order and not to EVERYONE in the galaxy lol. I honestly think more toons should be like that...only viable in their respected faction.
@@mikeanderson1370 I mean it would be understandable if they made it that way in the first place. But they made it always active until someone found a way to use it to make beating GAS a little easier. Once they saw people beating GAS with hux they changed it which is why people compained.

What are you talking about? They meant for the Sith reworks to hard counter JTR, which was complete bullshit doing that only 6 weeks after she was released. JTR's meta was criminally short.

TheNoobzoid i‘m playing since Force Awakens, so it is manageble. Just need some more shards for Hux and ST, anda few G12+ gear/relic materials and im set.

Im F2P farming for him too, and been playing First Order so long, that all I need now is Hux and Larry on Relic 5, Palp on Relic 7 and Han on Relic 3 and then I can get started!

Because of her connection to the force rey is now immune to fracture and totally immune to any debuffs from sith and also reduces sith and sith empire turn meter gain by 70%

Still not addressing the L3 + Wat 4th/5th combo for Rey. That team counters the Palp teams and is actually harder to beat.

Fix incoming: GL Rey can’t be fractured, shock, ability blocked, or feared. She also makes all light side allies immune as well

Seeing this I'd probably go with Supreme Leader Kylo Ren, granted 5+ years from now but Kylo just has a more fun kit.

well that Palpatine mechanic is going to be nerfed for sure, turn meter loops are about the only thing they will address at CG. so i wouldn't worry about that counter or invest in it any time soon.
It's not looped. I hope CG can see that. They purposely made GL super fast to stop these trains. And it stops it. If they modded Rey for tenacity, this train wouldn't work. In fact, none of these counters even work that well, there's so much speed dependency and possible base resists, these squads are simply a way to beat Rey, but not a consistent way to beat them.
what about the L3 team? Cos the palpa team worked thx to the shock in GK, but L3 would have auto-clean it

CG! Palpatine doesn't need nerf. Rey can be modded to have tenacity, it's the players choice to mod for health and speed. STOP NERFING OUR COUNTERS.

I like seeing that the sith empire works I stopped playing the game back in early 2017 and just recently started again and knowing that since I’m farming darth revan right now that I will be able to beat the best team in the game brings me comfort
All these people whining about GL Rey being too broken, when I've spent the last forever trying to climb the ranks against both Revans and Malak...gtfoh with that crap. Seriously....
Every time a new meta gets released people whine about their old meta not being meta anymore, while those of us who can't drop $1000 every couple months get stuck 5-6 metas behind.
I spent a ton of time speeding up CLS, to even stay top 500. And, I barely do that. Entire CLS team is 250-300 speed, and yet I barely beat some DR and JKR teams with 200-240 speed.
The way I see it...this gives people a chance to beat all the DRs in arena. I effin despise DR and JKR. My geos, padme, separatists, nightsisters, ..even Phoenix, as old as that one is, none are even remotely close to being as geared as the average player's. I don't have Old Republic either. Some people are seriously so far behind the last 2-3 metas that this new meta will be a breath of fresh air to them. Not that I will be able to beat the new meta, but at least I won't have to look at DR or JKR for much longer.
Even worse for me.....I spent the last couple months working on First Order, only to find Rey is gonna be bigger than Kylo...FML ..quitchabitchin

There is one in my arena at no1 with same team as at the start of the video.And these are without ultimate ability!?!!NERF! There is a Palp team to counter her at like top 5 of my arena.Also...that guy has +166 mods?!!WTF!
Not only was it helpful, it was hopeful. As a Palpatine user, as you know from my comments through your videos, it brings me joy that for the time being those line ups help. Hopefully I will finish my Malak to have my Sith Empire ready.
*3 weeks later* "Sith Emperor Palpatine" reveal, unlock: GL Kylo & Rey R7. That would be when I press delete of this game, hahaha.
You gotta make FOO faster than Hux. That way you can use GL Kylo's AOE and Stun before having Hux reset his cooldowns

I wish CG, instead nerfing palpatine, or bluffing rey, focuses on releasing galactic legend Emperor Palpatine instead.
Rey, Poe, Finn with Wat and a tank like L3-37 or JTR is by far the best Rey team. Nothing else is close to it and there is no non-GL team that beats it. None of the counter teams you used will beat it.
This just in, new best Rey team is Rey, chewbacca, resistance heroes, and Malak. Checkmate f2p.
Hey ahnald did you test the comp with r7 l3 or holdo in place of chewie. Bc the double taunt makes it harder is what some people are saying. Some think chewie easiier then bouncing taunts. Have u tested it? What do you think?
Hello Ahnald,
Have a look at the base stats of Kylo and Rey at level 1 maybe then you see where the problem lies! The base stats vary very hard! Kylo has higher starting stats but only a level multiplier of 1 up to 2 per level! Rey has less starting stats, but a multiplier of 10 for each of the 3 stats per level!
Malak would completely counter this if you replaced kenobi with malak. Because this means darth revan no longer gains tm from wat and so finn goes first.
I see a lot of ppl using GL Rey lead with Gas, Jedi revan , hermit yoga and Kenobi what’s the counter for that ?

This is a great video but one thing I noticed was neither of the Reys shown had their Ultimate yet. The yellow Ultimate progress bar never appeared in either battle. That definitely changes the end of the battle as you are going to lose at least one toon, possibly two.
