Why didn't you coat the last one with another coat of mod podge? It sure does bubble up a lot when I do that, but it would ruin if I didn't, I'm sure, especially with all this humidity most days. Did you ever figure out how to stop that from happening with napkins? Thanks. Love your bows too......M
