- Legendary Hawaiian Bartender Harry Yee turns 100 years young on Sept 26. If you don't know, Harry Yee is responsible for such classic cocktails like the Blue Hawaii, Tropical Itch and Hawaiian Eye just to name a few. So for this momentous occasion I want to do something special. Harry this one is for you. Happy Birthday! And a special thank you to Marilyn (Harry's daughter) for the insider information.

IN A SHAKER GLASS COMBINE:

1/4 OZ - WHITE RUM
3/4 OZ DARK RUM (JAMAICAN)
3/4 OZ DARK RUM (BERMUDA)
3 OZ - GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
1.5 OZ - GUAVA JUICE
SPLASH - SIMPLE SYRUP
2 DASHES - ANGOSTURA BITTERS

TOSS IN SOME ICE AND GIVE IT A GOOD SHAKE

I made this with some easier to get and cheaper ingredients like Bacardi white rum and Lamb dark rum and it still turned out pretty good. It is probably one of my favourite cocktails I have made off this channel.
