Achievements:
1. "Happy Hour" - Get 2 Perks Without The Power On
2. "I Don't Think They Exist" - Kill one of the Denizens of the forest while it is latched on to you.
3. "Fuel Efficient" - In Tranzit mode, use an alternate mode on transportation
These 3 Achievements are most likely the easiest ones to get.
